Shoreline villa is a fabulous home for your next lake Travis getaway. With its great location in Lakeway and being across from the Lakeway marina, you will be close to everything you need for the best vacation ever! Located on a cove in Lakeway, between lake mile markers 16 and 17, you have access to all water activities as well as waterfront restaurants. After a great day on the lake, a variety of restaurants and shopping are only a few minutes away. Or, if you would like to venture farther into Austin, you are less than 20 miles away. You are also close to the Texas hill country, that has everything from caves, ziplines, wine tasting and antiquing. But, if you just want to relax at home, you can soak in the jacuzzi, sit on one of the decks with great views, cook a steak on the gas grill, play ping pong. . .Or snuggle up in the den with a cozy fire.
Amenities include dining place mats, linen tablecloths with matching napkins, margarita and wine glasses, wine cooler, all utensils and kitchen appliances, toaster oven, panini maker, and a coffee maker. Also available: cable TV with wireless internet, DVD player, 46” 3d TV in family room, and a 26” LCD in the master bedroom. The bonus room offers a separate getaway area with a ping pong table, iPod player, queen-size bed, bathroom, living area, bar, 42' LCD television, espresso machine and a patio.

No 1 night rentals, bachelor or bachelorette parties.
No weddings allowed.
5 cars maximum.
12 people is the maximum # of people allowed.
Half of basic rental amount paid within 10 days of written lease. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. We accept personal or business checks or wire transfers. Sorry, no credit cards.
