                            Recomendadíssimo. Excelente imóvel, com uma vista deslumbrante. Móveis novos, eletrodomésticos novos (máquina de lavar, ferro de passar, microondas, geladeira, fogão, etc), roupa de cama e banho completos, chuveiro com água forte e apto bem ventilado. Toda a estrutura montada como se estivéssemos em casa. O imóvel é exatamente como nas fotos. Muito bem localizado, em frente a uma das melhores barracas de praia da região e em andar ótimo para quem gosta de ver o movimento da rua sem ser incomodado por barulho. A vaga da garagem também é bem próxima aos elevadores. O condomínio é muito bem cuidado, com segurança 24hs e a piscina é uma ótima pedida para o fim de tarde pós praia. Também é possível um churrasco na área da piscina e uma malhada na academia do condomínio. Como se trata de imóvel novo, na final da praia da futuro, a região ainda não é bem atendida pelo comércio, mas isso não é um impeditivo se você já programar suas compras no supermercado da cidade para abastecer a geladeira. A região também conta com um nova saída para a rodovia que leva ao Beach Park, não sendo mais necessário dar a volta quase dentro da cidade para seguir viagem. Sugiro apenas a mudança da TV do quarto do casal para uma LCD na parede para melhorar o trânsito de quem dorme do lado da cama de casal próximo à varanda e do beliche do segundo quarto por uma bicama, o que vai permitir um ambiente mais arejado e amplo. No mais, agradeço à atenção do proprietário Eduardo e dos administradores do aluguel Niviane e Vitório, que nos proporcionaram uma excelente estada no Carnaval 2013.
