Very nice property on an awesome stretch of beach. Newly redecorated duplex with beach side heated swimming pool. Each unit has a large private deck towards the Gulf, pool is located between the decks.
Each side of the Duplex has two bedroom and two bathrooms. Duplex has an adjoining door that can be opened to convert to a four bedroom/four bathroom beach home with private pool.
Master bedroom with queen-size bed, second bedroom with two twins, queen-size sofa bed in living room. Kitchen, living room, and dining room are open area with windows towards Gulf.
Quiet residential area, but only three block walk down the beach to Holiday Inn. Beach is wonderful for walking and watching nature in all her glory: dolphins, pelicans, birds, and in season sea turtles nest here. We also own neighboring homes and can accommodate larger groups up to 40 (max) on the Gulf Road properties.
