First of all it's a cute house. If fixed it would be ok. It has problems. The hot tub was gross. Not sure last time cleaned. Pool dirty it did not have a skimmer to clean it since it was not screened in. One of the out side showers did not work at all. A faucet was broken also. The inside first of all was the bugs not a good thing. They came and sprayed but it was still to much for me. They had to come and get the horrible smell out of the water with chemicals twice. Our family gaged on the smell had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. Toliet was not working, vacuum cleaner had exposed wire since someone was shocked. Which they came and fixed. The air took forever to get cold and still did not work well in master bedroom which they said that it was the duck work that needed to be fixed so it was hot in there. Sliding door was hard to open and some cosmetic fixes should be done. I was told that this house was worked on alot before we came. Would I ever rent this house again. NO. It just needs to be taken care of and get the things fixed. I think then it would be a house to come back to. Also it needs to be listed of what is in the house so people can bring the things needed since it is difficult to get the things you need on the island. Down to what kind of filter for the coffee pot to no automatic icemaker.
