Regular Rates: $150.00 per night or $850 per week
Holiday Rates: $180.00 per night or $950 per week
$250.00 security deposit is required to confirm a reservation
$50.00 One-time cleaning fee
2 Night Minimum on WEEKENDS. 3 Night Minimum on HOLIDAYS. For additional days rates will be 15%
DISCOUNTED. The balance of the rental amount is due two weeks prior to date of arrival. Payments can
be made with pearsonael checks direct deposit or other (please call for details).
Check in and Check out time is flexible.

Security Deposit refunds are based on the following policy:

30 day notice = 100% refund.
14 days notice = 50% refund.
7 days notice = no refund.
