The sunroom is furnished with dining room table and chairs, ideal for entertaining or simply enjoying your breakfast in the hazy sunshine, while the master bedroom faces north so the sun doesn't catch you too early in the morning!! The living room has an open fire, ideal for long winter evenings so no matter the weather, this home is sure to please.
The spacious yard offers plenty of shade and is an ideal spot to enjoy an evening barbecue after a long day at the beach. The yard comes complete with patio furniture, grill and outdoor enclosed hot and cold shower.
The house is fully heated and air conditioned so may be enjoyed in both summer and winter. It's always the right time to come, relax and enjoy this beautiful home in this scenic Bass River area; minutes from the sea and minutes from shopping, entertainment, and restaurants.
