  Excellent location. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants within the charming town of Rosemary Beach. The Condo was clean and met all of our needs. The porch is an excellent place to seat with a glass of wine and unwind after a day on the beach or in town. The building is very safe and secure. We would definitely revisit that Condo.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

  My family of 4 and a half ( I am due in a few weeks) loved our stay at the Savannah and I do believe it is the best condo in all of Rosemary! The super sized back patio was a hit for all of us. We could see the ocean and ate every meal outside. The condo was great as well. The beds were very comfortable which is not always the case. We are regulars to Rosemary and usually stay at a different place every time but we have now found our beach home away from home.

  My wife and I had our kids and one month old grandaughter for a couple nights and with the roomate bedroom setup it was perfect as any noise was minimized...the place was clean and neat with a minimum decoraters touch, which was refreshing. The Viking fridg was a treat as was the oversized deck w/ ocean view. We had coffee there every morning and dinner the last night. The restaurants were above average in the freshness in their ingredients and presentation...just exceptional all around and would rent again in a second. The off road parking in back made us feel special every time we pulled in...Well done!!

  We stayed here for a wedding and it was great. It is perfect for 2 couples and I would recommend it. The patio is the largest we saw while on our stay, almost the same size as the condo and the view is great from the patio. I saw Dolphins from the balcony on the last morning. Will stay here again in the future.

  Jim, It was Excellent! We enjoyed everything about the trip, including the condo. It was perfect. We also realized that after Labor Day is the perfect time to enjoy the coast…not crowded, perfect weather, and even a little football. We caught the LSU game at Shades down the street. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks for everything. I’ll forward your info to all my friends. Chris

  Great location for kids and perfect size rental for family of 4. Very nice furnishings and high end appliances for cooking. The balcony was huge with a great view of the water. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and downtown Rosemary. The kids really enjoyed being right above the Sugar Shak -great for after dinner treats at night and close to Gigi's - great for toys and kids clothes. The owner was wonderful to work with and provided lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat while you are in Rosemary. We would definitely stay here again.

  This was the perfect place for us to land. It was spacious, 2 bedrooms each with a king bed and tv, sparse (not a lot of doo-dads), and right in the middle of things. The balcony is huge. You can see the water down the the street. The condo was quiet, cool, and had everything we needed. I would surely stay here again.

  Beautiful views from the balcony! What a way to start an amazing week. The condo has everything you need and was a very short walk to the beach. Peaceful, quiet, strolls through Rosemary Beach were so relaxing and the sunset photo opportunities cannot be beat! We are looking forward to coming back soon!

  Communication with Jim Dixon was prompt and friendly. With the ease of booking, I knew we were on our way to a great vacation. The home is beautiful, clean and exactly what we were looking for - very comfortable with everything you need. From the designated parking, to ease of using the elevator for unpacking - I could not have asked for more. The area was quiet, safe and beautiful. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants right below our room. Strolled along the quiet streets to visit the pools and beach. Placed our call to have our beach chairs set up daily for the week. All the phone numbers were provided by Jim Dixon for anything we needed. The beach is a very short walk from the room - and if you don't feel like walking, lounge on the huge balcony and watch the waves from there. There are no worries with this rental - we want to go back soon!
