Welcome to La Casa Lava South, we are pleased to present this completely refinished 4 bedroom 3 bathroom pool home located in the award winning Golf community of Southern Dunes. Our villa features two Queen Master Bedrooms with en-suite granite bathrooms, large 32” flat screen HDTV, and IPOD/IPHONE docking station alarm clocks. Additional Twin Bedrooms will accommodate 4 guests and share a large fully updated granite bathroom. Our great room also features a pull out queen bed to allow 2 more guests to enjoy our home.
This stunning home is new to the rental market as of June 2012. Everything is brand new and right out of the box. This is a great opportunity to stay in a home that few have used.
As you enter our home you will be greeted with a large designer inspired living area featuring everything you need to enjoy your vacation with the family. Our large dining table comfortably seats 6-8 guests and opens into the main living area. The TV room features convertible leather sofa and love seat, coffee/ games table with benches, large 40” HD Smart TV. Smart TV allows for Internet Access, Netflix Movies, and Pandora Music to enjoy during your stay free of charge. Additionally La Casa Lava South features a breakfast nook and fully furnished gourmet kitchen. Granite countertops, fully stocked housewares, and a dishwasher make meal preparation easy and clean up a breeze.
The entire family will love spending time together in our large games room. Games Room features Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey Table, Darts, and Video Games System.
All bedrooms are located away from the main living area for a restful sleep. Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property and calls are free to anywhere in the United States.
Our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac which affords you a great deal of privacy. Our extra-long driveway will easily hold 4 cars making this a perfect home for multiple families. Our heated pool is screened from neighbors view due to our location and a well thought out landscape plan. Our home is one of only a few that features a spa to relax in after a long day at the amusement parks. Pool area is fully screened with covered eating area for inclement weather or hot sunny days. Most importantly a baby pool gate is available to keep little ones safe and away from the pool and spa area and all doors with pool access are alarmed.

Just beyond our 24 hour manned gatehouse you will find lots of restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Especially convenient and within walking distance from our gates is the 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercenter where you can stock up on all your food and beverage needs. Great designer outlet shopping is a quick car ride away, as is many award winning restaurants. For our foreign visitors there are many local Pubs that will make you feel at home while watching the sports you love.

I LOVED this home!! I have never rented a home before and this home was so incredible I am sure it has ruined me for any future rentals. Everything I could have looked for was in this home. It was so comfortable, clean, warm and inviting. The decor was contemporary, brand new, and beautiful. The 4 bedrooms with huge closets were so roomy. I went with four girlfriends but we will be going back next year with 4 more and will still have plenty of room. The heated pool and screened in lanai was such a welcome retreat from the 10 degree weather I left in NY. The home is so close to the airport and Disney attractions but yet just far enough away to so that you can really enjoy a vacation. I don't play golf, but I am considering it now because the golf course was really beautiful. This was such a wonderful experience that I can't wait to book again. ( I almost don't want to say too much because I don't want it to be all booked up when I want to rent again.....But I did come home and tell all my friends about it !) Absolutely loved this house! It is beautifully decorated and clean, clean, clean. Can't say enough how much we loved it. Went for a girls weekend and we were all impressed. Has everything you could possibly need. I didn't even want to leave the house it was so comfortable and inviting. Close enough to the parks and enough to do in the area. But again, lounging by the pool and just hanging at the house was the best. It has so much for all ages. I plan on coming back with the family as I know they will just love it! alot of time was spent reviewing homes to rent for a girls weekend, I can tell you this was by far one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. From the beginning it was sooooo easy...very simple to get to from airport....anything you might need right outside the very gorgeous entry to the community. The home was spectacular...everything spotless and ANYTHING you might need was at your fingertips. The pool and spa were and patio area was amazing..spent alot of time there. didnt get a chance to play golf, but the course looked inviting. right outside the gates was shopping nightlife and even the outlets and the theme parks were close. 4 bedrooms one roomier than the next and 3 bathrooms, slept like a baby on a very comfortable mattress. LOVED IT..... will be coming back with my family and extended family...there's room for them!! Southern Dunes homeowners take pride in their properties and that translates to a beautiful vacation area. Having Disney and all the attractions of Orlando so close was what really inspired us to choose Southern Dunes. We like the fact that instead of fighting local traffic to arrive at your hotel after a long day at Disney, you can hop onto the interstate and arrive at our beautiful golf community within the same time
