Our Canadian-owned villa located on Archfeld Boulevard in the Windsor Hills area in Kissimmee, FL is available for rent! This spacious 5 bedroom/bathroom home is large enough to sleep up to 10 people comfortably, so large families do not fret! In the backyard you will have access to a screened-in spa as well as a southwest facing heated pool which is ideal for those who want to catch a bit of sun during your stay! There are no rear neighbors so you can enjoy much privacy as well as enjoy the beautiful view of the fountain pond on the lot.
The villa is in a prime location, located only 3.5 miles away from Disney. Premium Outlets on International Drive are also less than half an hour away, for those who would like to do some shopping as well! A wide variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping malls are located within minutes from the villa.

First impressions were simply fantastic. The community of Windsor Hills is the best neighbourhood to stay in the Disney area and it is 5 star. They have 24 hour security and you feel safe walking the area. The grounds and buildings are impeccable. Every detail, including making sure people don't have to look at ugly heat pumps and air conditioners is taken care of! They have lovely landscaping!!! The clubhouse is also something to mention, do a google search for Windsor Hills and you'll see many pictures of the general pool, games room, gym and theatre!! The home is very well kept and the cleaners do a thorough job. For a few nights we had ten people stay in the house and we were very comfortable. We splurged and got the pool heat included and it was worth it. This pool has the built in spa which was perfect for 4 adults. Each day after hitting the theme parks, we relaxed with a drink in the spa and the kids had a blast cooling off in the pool. This pool backs on a green space so privacy is a bonus!! It also faces west, which has excellent sun coverage in the winter months. The interior of the house is very well decorated and there was plenty of sheets and towels. We washed laundry as we needed it. The games room has a pool table and a basketball net, which we used on the two rainy days we had!! We spoke with the owners and they are wonderful people that want you to ensure your stay is pleasant and will go out of they way to make sure you remember them when you return to the Disney area.Owner response: Thank you Pamela for the review! About the owner: We are a family of four from a small city in Ontario, Canada. We visited Kissimmee, Florida for our very first time this year and fell in love with Windsor Hills. This love-at-first-sight naturally became a deciding factor in our purchase of a vacation home!
Why the Owner Chose Windsor Hills:
Windsor Hills left us a very good impression, with it's wonderful community and events. We fell in love with the screened-in private pool, the location was perfect for the kids being so close to Disney, and it definitely made grocery shopping much easier!
