It is a third floor apartment in a five story building constructed in 2007, with its own parking space in an adjacent parking garage.
The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a connected walk-in closet, a full bathroom with shower, and a complete Kitchen with a dishwasher, full refrigerator, microwave, and electric range. There is lots of light and fresh air.
This apartment was constructed in 2007, so everything is modern and new. Apartment is furnished with lamps, bed, dresser, high-speed internet, fresh linens, basic dishes and cookware and anything else you need. The bedroom has a Queen size bed, and there is a fold-out bed in the living room.

The apartment is located a block away from Rockville Pike, so there are unlimited restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance. The neighborhood is a mixture of commercial, office and multi-family residential buildings.

This apartment is an excellent choice for short stays or extended business needs in the D.C. area. The apartment building and attached parking garage are safe and secure. The owner lives very close by and is immediately available for any questions. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, and the washer and dryer in the apartment and free wi-fi are added bonuses. There are numerous restaurant options in the immediate area, and the metro stop is a short walk. We stayed for 2 months while our future home was being renovated & it worked out perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
