  My husband and I stayed here for 11 days and the apartment was perfect. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We utilized the kitchen which saved us money on going out to eat. We also fell in love with the location. Oberkampf is great and it is easy to get anywhere from here either by metro or walking. There is so much to do right in this neighborhood and the best part is that there are less tourist in this area than other parts of Paris. The apartment manager was very quick to respond to all of my questions and e-mails and also very quick to return my security deposit. I would stay here again in a heart beat and I would highly recommend this apartment for solo or couple travelers.

  My daughter and I wanted a reasonably priced, comfortable apartment that would let us explore Paris. Arranging such accommodations by internet is always a little uncertain, but this lovely apartment lived up to all it promised and then some. The kitchen furnishings and the air conditioner made it a perfect retreat at the end of long August days and the wifi made it easy to use my iPad to plan the next day's adventure. Shops, banks and multiple Metro stops are all within a short walking distance. Great shower too. I hope I can return to Paris in the near future and again stay here. Olivier was available and gladly helped with extras, such as calling for a taxi upon our departure.

  This is definitely a great studio for a great deal! It's perfectly located in Paris (near the metro and good little restaurants) and it has great amenities. I couldn't believe all the items in the studio (dishwasher, washer/dryer, massage shower, free internet, etc.). We highly enjoyed the washer/dryer combo given that Paris was our last stop on our vacation so it definitely was great to wash a few items. Olivier was super helpful during the rental process, met us right on time, and refunded our deposit very quickly - I couldn't have asked for anything more. I would definitely recommend this studio to others and would rent it again in a heartbeat when returning to Paris.

  I spent five nights in this studio last week and echo what the other reviewers have said. The photos clearly reflect how the studio is laid out. Lovely good quality, modern, clean studio. Well planned and equipped. The bed is comfy and the massage shower was a luxury I had not expected.... and the dishwasher. Although I didn't do much cooking!. 2nd floor walk up helped to work off the croissants. Rue Oberkampf is one of my favourite areas. The bottom half is a market street with all kinds of trendy shops, pattisseries, boulangeries, butchers, fishmonger, supermarkets cafes, pharrmacie etc, you could wish for and the top end is the trendy place to "be" in the evening with lots of bars and restaurants. some with music. So if that is what you like you are right in the heart of the action. The famous cafe Chambon, a few doors a way, became my morning coffee haunt....opposite there some friends caught the open day of an atelier, or street of artists workshops on the Saturday. Just look you may be lucky enough to see them. The very efficient double/triple glazing muffles any noise from the street and there is proper aircon or heating if you need it. The studio is a few minutes walk from the Parmentier metro and one stop or a eight minute walk from the Republique metro "hub" which will take you most places in Paris. You can also walk to the Marias in about ten minutes. The 46 bus is also handy to get to Gare du Nord, saves carting your suitcases up and down the metro steps! The 96 bus is also a pleasant tourist ride through the Marias/place de Vosges//Hotel de Ville/Ie de Cite and to the left bank to st Michel Eglise /St Sulplice in St Germain and the Montparnasse tower near Gare Montparnasse. Olivier, as always, was prompt and helpful and refunded my security deposit as soon as I left. I have rented several apartments form him and he is trustworthy and easy to deal with. The only shortcoming was that I found the the very trendy table and stools a bit impractical and high for me. I have mentioned mentioned this to Olivier and as always he strives to please. He agreed and said he was considering changing the table soon. There is a comfy chair to sit in , not illustrated. If you are looking for a nice place to stay , off the tourist trail, at a good price, with a good landlord. This is the place.

  I must say I totally liked this studio and its location. It was perfect for me and my husband, since it was recently renovated, and placed 5-10 minutes walk from République. We used to take a metro from there to all the city attractions. The place is also surrounded with a lot of pubs, supermarkets, banks and restaurants. KFC and 2 McDonalds places are also few minutes walk from the flat. Olivier was very helpful, since he gave us all info needed regarding our stay there, and the RER and metro lines from the CDG airport to the 11 arr. where the studio is placed. In total, we really enjoyed and we would surely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

  Just remodeled with that "new smell". The apt. creatively makes use of every square inch of space. Moderately appointed for cooking meals. Bed is comfy. WIFI. Air conditioner is fantastic and helps to drown out most noise. Relatively quiet except for weekends when the street of cafes, bars etc is teeming with youth that like to party. Not a posh neighborhood but certainly a good place to feel the vibrance and diversity of the 11th arr. Short walk to metro hub. Worth the $ and a great alternative to a hotel. Olivier, the manager, was helpful and hospitable. He has other places that he manages and (we stayed in one) surely takes the same care with them.

  This was the perfect place for a couple. Small, but very nice and comfortable. We had a few issues at check in, but Olivier was extremely helpful and attentive. The location is perfect. Lots of stuff around, easy to get to the more touristy attractions, but not surrounded by a million other tourists. And there is a Velib bike station right down the street, a great brasserie two doors down, and a great patisserie just around the corner. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

  I've been to Paris at least ten times and always thought it'd be a better experience if I stayed in a flat instead of the two-star hotels I'd usually booked. Staying in this studio proved it. Everything is as promised here - it was recently renovated with great appointments (dishwasher, washer/dryer, induction stovetop), and it's quite immaculate. It is small - about 25m2 - so if you're looking for the cinematically shown spacious Paris flat, this is not the place. But it is certainly manageable for a couple and a small baby. Olivier, the manager of the apartment, was a big help in getting us settled in and in arranging a taxi for our departure. And the neighbourhood - Oberkampf is in the midst of a hipster upswing, so there are great boutiques and very interesting bars and restaurants nearby. The flat is close to everything (a ten-minute walk to République with its seemingly countless metro lines), and it's a great price. I would stay here again in a second.
