Are you looking for that special dream vacation home? One that has it's own private covered deep water dock. One that is literally just steps from your doorway, then you have found it.
Our cabin is located in Beautiful Serenity Bay. A small community
of log homes minutes away from Seneca and Clemson University.
It has basically everything you need and is uniquely set up to offer privacy on three different levels.
Main Level. The main living areas are free flowing with and open floor plan and cathedral ceilings. The large sunlit great room features an impressive gas (double sided) fireplace and 55" HD Plasma TV. The kitchen has brown pearl granite counter tops, bar stools and stainless steel appliances. The dining room and family room enjoy panoramic views of Lake Keowee. The King and the Queen Bedrooms on this level share a full bathroom.
Double doors open to the A-Frame covered deck for outdoor dining and lounging. Additional lounging areas include a separate private screened in porch with comfortable rockers and full sofa.
Master Bedroom and Loft is upstairs. The loft is another perfect reading spot with features two large chairs and ottomans. The chairs convert into twin beds. The master bedroom features a King bed and walk in closet. The bathroom has His and Hers granite vanities, a jetted soaking tub, and a large walk in shower with seating bench. The shower features spa jets, hand held shower head and 2nd fixed shower head. Very importantly, the Master Bedroom and Loft has it's own dedicated HVAC system to maintain a comfortable temperature during the peak heat of the season.
Downstairs. Queen Bedroom, family room and laundry room. The family room has a queen pullout sofa. Outside is a covered porch overlooking lake kewee with the gas barbeque grill.
Most all of the rooms offer great views of the lake. Wireless internet and 4 Kayaks are available for your use.
Close to the lake is a stand alone rock patio with -0- gravity chairs and a screened wood burning fire feature.
Lake Keowee is about 18.500 acres of beautiful clean water. It has more then 300 miles of shoreline with many islands and quiet coves for you to explore. If you don't have a boat you can rent one from Lake Keowee Marine in Seneca. (Make your reservations ahead of time).
Our cove is in a no wake zone. The water at normal level is about 10-12 foot deep off the end of our dock.
Lake Jocassee and six state parks are located nearby. The Blue Ridge Mountains are always visible in the distance

- Non Smoking Only : This cabin is non-smoking. For any guest that must smoke they must go outside. Cigarettes are a fire hazard and may not be thrown in the mulched areas of the common grounds.
- Minimum Age Limit For Renters : 30 years of age. The cabin is not available for use by addtional friends or visitors that are not part of the rental contract. No groups or party venues will be tolerated.

We live in Asheville, NC and commute 1 1/2 hours to our cabin whenever possible. We love the beauty and serenity of Lake Keowee. At the same time we have spent plenty of hours entertaining our daughter and her friends. The smiles and laughter have made the best memories we could ever ask for. It is our hope that the folks that rent our beautiful home go away with the same fondness for our home and similar wonderful memories.
