Beachfront duplex with swimming pool. Swimming pool is located behind the home surrounded by high fence, so very private and usable even on cooler windy days. Decks facing the Gulf, each house has its own deck. Very wide beach and deep yard.
Well maintained duplex with Florida-style furnishings. Kitchen, living room, and dining room are open area with view of the Gulf.
Adjoining door between sides, allows use as a six bedroom/four bathroom beach home with private pool. We also own the next two homes on the beach - great for large reunions.
Quiet residential area, but only three blocks to the Holiday Inn. Close to R.C. Church (easy walk). Natural beach to enjoy watching dolphins, pelicans, sand birds, and in season watch for sea turtle nests. Spectacular sunsets.
