  This was by far the best stay I've had in Port A. The house itself is beautiful; the beds are gigantic, the decor is awesome, there are 3 bathrooms, and a nice little backyard with a grill. It really feels like you are at home, because everything is so nice and comfortable. The location is also fantastic. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and about 15 minutes to downtown restaurants. The owner is also very friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be visiting this house again in the years to come!

  The house and studio apt. were described perfectly. Big and spacious with plenty of beds to fit my friends and family of 10+. Has all you may need to eat, cook, and clean. Distance from the beach and shops are both within walking. The owner is helpful and prompt with any questions you may have. Overall good stay!

  Being our first empty nester's Christmas, my husband and I decided to head to Port A. It was a last minute idea and, since we have 3 dogs, a good fenced yard was the most important thing to us. We found this rental and thought the studio on the main floor would be perfect. It was better than perfect! The yard was great - we grilled every night and the dogs enjoyed the area to run or just lay around. There's an entrance to the bathroom from the outside patio. It served extremely well when we'd bring the dogs back from the beach; we didn't have to parade them through the house but could bring them through the back into the amazing walk-in shower. The beach is within walking distance and, if you don't want to do that, it's a driving beach. So you can drive, park and walk for miles. Back in the unit, there are 2 beds in the sleeping area; we used the king which was so comfy. I can't remember sleeping as well as I had the past 4 nights. There is no oven but...this is Texas. You can grill or deep fry anything! The microwave worked well if not grilling. There are many restaurants nearby. We will definitely use this unit again. It was perfect and we had a wonderful Christmas. Thank you so much!

  This house was perfect for our family mini vacation with adults and teenagers totaling 11. We all had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the upper deck and its seating. We liked its proximity to the beach.

• Great Port A Rental!!

  This is our second stay in the downstairs studio portion of this house. Although we are only a family of 3, it's clear that the apt. can accommodate a much larger group. The unit is very clean and is well stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils. We had everything we needed. The large walk-in shower is great. The owner continues to make nice improvements. As I mentioned, this was our 2nd stay and we were pleasantly suprised to find all new dishes and a wonderfully, comfortable new king size bed (was not there for our 1st stay). The location is perfect! It's close to the beach and is within walking distance of quite a few shops. During this stay, we had the pleasure of walking to Port A Pizzeria and shopping at the Two Sisters Boutique across the street from the pizzeria. I would highly recommend both and they are only a short walk from this house. Although, there are many nice features of this house, my favorite is the grassy, fenced-in back yard. We loved sitting outside at night and loved having a fenced area for our beloved four-legged children. I also wanted to mention that the owner is very accommodating and is a pleasure to work with. We are already trying to at plan another trip to Port A this summer and will definately stay here again if it is available. THANKS FOR THE GREAT STAY JR .... WE WILL BE BACK!

  This house is amazing! Eight of us stayed here for a girls weekend and everyone loved the house. It is close to the beach, stores, restaurants, everything! The house is beautiful. The setup was perfect for us. Night owls stayed up downstairs and in the fenced in backyard and didn't disturb anyone upstairs that went to bed earlier. The house is extremely clean, updated, well decorated, and comfortable. The owner is very nice and accommodating. We'll be staying here again!!

  My family and friends were very impressed with this vacation home!! It was beautiful, spacous and definately suited for our needs. The house was located near everything: the beach, the shops, the restraunts and the night life. The house itself was amazing! The beds were very comforable, super clean, and it was everything that we needed. I would definately rent this house again or recommend it to anyone who asked! Thanks for allowing us to have a great vacation in this home! :)

  Short walk/drive to the beach and restaraunts. My only complaints were that the top floor renters sounded like they were stomping around and I wish there was a TV closer to the beds. The TV was too tiny and far away to watch in bed. 1 King Bed, 1 Full Bed and a Futon. There is no privacy b/w beds. It is truly a studio/efficiency style. Backyard was great, fenced in. No Washer/Dryer or Oven. Garage was not available for use. Entry way was big enough to park our bikes/floaties since we didn't want to leave them outside.
