  Thr property is even nicer than the descriptionwe We rented this to celebrate a 70th birthday and had a toal of 9 people and there was plenty of space for all. The game room downstairs was a real hit and there was plenty of battles on the ping pong table. We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to our next trip - the guys even caught fish!!! We highly recommrnd this property.

  We really enjoyed our stay (5 nights)! The rental had everything we needed and plenty of space for our group of five adults and one child. We could have easily housed two or three more people. The setting was better than we expected with deer coming right down to the cabin. The people at the store who maintained the cabin were very friendly and helpful. The location is great for visiting the nearby parks, we visited Bryce, Zion and Kodachrome State Park. We have rented from VRBO many times and have not been disappointed yet; this location rates near the top.

  We have been coming to Panguitch Lake for many years and this is the best place that we have found. This Cabin was everything that was promised!! We had a family of 7 and we all fit comfortably. We loved the layout of the cabin, everything was supplied and very clean. The area is great for hiking and just hanging out on the porch. And Bob was great to answers all our questions! We will definitely be back next year!

  My family had an amazing time in this beautiful cabin for 3 nights from 6/23 - 6/26/12. We were celebrating my sister's 50th birthday and had people from Las Vegas, NV, Colorado Springs, CO, and Reno, NV with us. The kids loved the loft, ping pong table and playground, the men played poker and we all loved the rest of the house including the bar, the deck, the relaxing family room, the fire pit and the scenery! Everything was very convenient. We visited Zion on the way to Panguitch, fished the lake and caught lots of fish our second day and visited Bryce Canyon on our last day. Thanks to Bob and his beautiful accomodations to help make our trip very enjoyable. We sincerely hope to visit Bob's cabin again someday!

• Fantastic!

  We stayed at this cabin for 1 week in June, and it was just fantastic! Everything we needed was there, and everything was clean, and ready to use. The setting is probably the very best location, as it abuts the wilderness area in the back, and the deer came by every evening to greet us in the Aspen trees. The beds were very comfortable, and we found the kitchen to be fully furnished with all cooking and eating utensils. If I weree to build a cabin in the mountains, this would be the floor plan, and total layout I would be interested in. The deck was awesome, and the propane BBQ was ready to use. It was great to sit on the deck in the evening and watch the stars that seemed to be in the millions, seeming so close one could almost touch them. The fishing at Panguitch Lake was just too awesome, as we rented a pontoon boat from Rocky Point Marina just down the hill.We caught many great trout, and the weather in June was just great! Our group of six grown men slept comfortably, and talk of the great cabin abounded all the way back to San Diego. We will certainly return to the same cabin again! The people at the Store were really great too. I would recommend this cabin and area to anyone looking for a great vacation!

  We just returned from a fantastic family vacation in this beautiful cabin. We had a group of eight adults and two small children. We had more than enough room. The cabin was clean and had so many windows, giving us a view of the aspen trees each day. Each evening after dinner we sat around the fire pit laughing and making s'mores. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this to those who need a break from the busy and fast paced life. Bob was very helpful and answered our many questions.

  This is a beautiful cabin with every amenity and comfort you need. My family and I had a wonderful time. Cabin is clean, well maintained, with very nice furnishings, and a kitchen with all appliances and necessities. if you have kids there's a great game room and ping pong table. Beds are comfortable and if you feel inclined you can do a load of laundry as well. I would highly recommend this property as the owner is a pleasure to rent from and available to help answer any questions you may have. We will definitely stay here again!

  We stayed for 5 days including Christmas. The cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything to keep us busy and entertained during our stay. The mountain location was perfect. I would reccomend this to anyone looking for a relaxing place unwind. The owner was very easy to work with and he made the process stress free.

  We just returned from 4 days at Panguitch Lake and had a wonderful trip! The cabin is lovely and our family of 7 slept very comfortably. The outdoor space is as beautiful as the interior. We had sunny lunches on the deck and spent hours hanging out by the large firepit, roasting marshmallows and star-gazing. The cabin sits in a perfect location. While there we rode ATVs (trails are easily accessible), fished, hiked, and spent a day at Bryce Canyon. Our 4-legged friend had a blast watching deer, swimming in the lake, and hiking the trail above the cabin. This is definitely on our list of top places to rent in Southern Utah.

  Location, location, location! Great views, no matter which way you looked. Loved our deer family we saw every day.... Lake was beautiful, but no fish, but that was okay. The city of Panguitch was so cool, loved it!! Speaking of cool, loved those temperatures. Our highs that week never got our of the 50's, and the lows were in the 40's. Great for us from Vegas who needed to get out of the heat.. House was gorgeous, loved our morning coffee on the deck, loved the loft and we saw a few lightning shows during the week. Couldn't ask for more, can't wait to go back!!! Thanks for letting us into your home. :)
