This was a perfect place for a girls getaway! The villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed with all the amentities. We loved the view from the Living room screened porch of the marshes & boats off in the distance. We enjoyed seeing the alligator in the lake every evening and watching the horses across the way in the pasture at the Equestrian center. Having stayed at Kiawah the year before, it was a great plus on Seabrook to have the access to The Beach Club with the Pool right at the beach, as well as the Pelican's Nest for lunch. Vickie, the owner was so very helpful with all of our questions in the rental process and about Seabrook. We had a wonderful week on Seabrook and at this beautiful home away from home in paradise. I will definitely be staying here again very soon. I loved it so much, that my parents are planning on staying here this fall.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: My husband I have spent almost all of our family vactions with our kids in Charleston and Kiawah. I am from South Carolina and have vactioned here since I was a child. Prior to buying our villa, my last visit to Seabrook Island was at the age of 13. We were thrilled when we had the opportunity to become homeowners on Seabrook. We purchased our villa during the final phases and openings of all the new facilities - Beach Club, Golf Club, Lake House Fitness Center, Tennis Center and Equestrian Facility. All first-class facilities!

Seabrook is a haven for us from our hectic lives. It's truly amazing to still be able to find this kind of peace and beauty in today's crowded places. We love the relazing time on the beach or biking around the island. When we need more excitement, we can find it locally at Fresh Fields Village or Bohicket Marina or we can make the short drive into Charleston for shopping and dining. It really offers all of the privacy or excitement you're looking for!
