Gulf Dunes Resort, unit 107 comes complete with hallway bunk beds, a full kitchen, 1 1/2 bath, living and dining area, pullout sleeper sofa, Cable TV, WiFi, and much more. Unit 107 comes with one covered parking space and uncovered spaces for additional vehicles.

This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit which will sleep six people. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed. There are Two Single Bunks in the main hall, and there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the den. There are upgraded flat-screen TV's, DVD Players, and a CD-capable Stereo, and Hi Speed Internet Capability. The Full Kitchen is equipped with the Latest in Appliances...Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware are included. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience.

The balcony is equipped with chairs for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The Scenery is complete with both a breathtaking View of the Gulf and the Sounds of the Waves breaking on the Beach. You will also be close enough the the Pool to easily communicate with those of your party who are on the Pool Deck.

Gulf Dunes Resort, unit 107 is located above the covered parking area and is directly over one of the 2 pool decks. Covered parking is provided for one vehicle and additional uncovered spaces are also available.

Enjoy breathtaking Sunrises and Sunsets from one of the Cleanest and Most Unspoiled Beaches in all of Florida. Though Destin and its many attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more Private. You will enjoy your space in the sand without all of the crowds and noise.
