Why Cape Charles: When we saw this house, we fell in love with it the minute we stepped in the door. We were so impressed by its historic quality and detail, as well as its modern upgrades and conveniences.
The Unique Benefits at this House: We truly loved all of the space this house offers, inside and out. The front wrap around porch is so lovely to sit, relax and watch the kids riding their bikes on the sidewalk or to chat with neighbors. The four original mantles, the beautiful original floors and unique stained glass windows are astonishing features.
The aspects of living in town that we loved the most were being able to walk or bike to church, to the beach, to work and fishing on the pier.
