Unit 706 is in NorthTower; seventh(7) floor and just down hall from elevator that drops you at the main pool, Dukes and right at the beach. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with large lanai. The Master has a King, the 2nd bedroom has 2 Twins & the living room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The interior unit is 950 sq. ft. and the lanai is an additional 200 sq. ft.
We provide luxury L'Occitane bath amenities to include shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bars, bath bar and vanity kit.

Parking is with resort directly - $15/day All rates are based on pay by cash/check This is a non smoking unit! Cancellation Policy: Cancellation greater than 90 days from arrival receive a full refund less $59 cancellation fee. Cancellation between 45 to 90 days from arrival receive a full refund less two nights room and tax and $59 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 45 days from arrival are non-refundable. Deposit is two nights room and tax with balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
