Enormous Master bedroom suite includes king bed, separate sun-filled sitting room, walk-in closet, and newly renovated full bath. Second bedroom on main level has queen bed and private bath. 2nd floor contains two large bedrooms, one with 2 queens, and the other with one queen bed. These two bedrooms share a full bath.

The island property had been in the family for many years, but was never developed until 1977 when the house was built as a retirement home for our parents. The house and grounds underwent extensive renovation and updating in the summer and fall of 2010.
