About the owner: The owners tpurchased this lovely old schoolhouse built in 1836 as a vacation home when ftheir irst child was born and have loving renovated it over the years. I love to read and write and the house is filled with books. The family has enjoyed many summers exploring the area, playing badminton in the backyard, hiking at and swimming at local state parks and enjoying the many local festivals and events.
Why the Owner Chose Randolph:
It has historic charm, spaciousness and a wonderful local history having provided education for many local residents when it was first built as a one room schoolhouse. The original outhouse, blackboard and slate horse posts are still on the property. You are also situated in the center of the state which makes all things possible during day trips!
