  What a great place to relax. We saw a dolphin, stingrays and an assortment of fish in the lake. We went to Clearwater, Sanibel Island, Ft Myers Beach and our favorite beach Siesta Key. We saw the Phillies beat the Yankees and had great food at many different restaurants. Thank you for sharing your home with us it was an amazing two weeks, the house is beautiful.

  We had a fantastic week here and very relaxing after having the previous week in Orlando doing the theme parks. The house is very high spec and backing onto a lake creates a great setting. Spent a reasonable amount of time at the property just chilling out by the pool or using the canoe provided for trips round the rivers. Went to the beaches on Sanibel island a number of times and spent most evenings at the local marina eating out or coffee and icecreams at the coffee house there. Hired a boat and skipper one day which we would recommend. The kids loved watching the dolphins playing in the wake from the boat and stopping at the beach for snorkelling. Local manager of the property, Juergen was excellent and very helpful. A great base for a relaxing holiday but with enough to keep the kids amused.

  Das Ferienhaus gefiel und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Besonders angetan waren wir von der Lage am See, der Großzügigkeit der Räumlichkeiten und dem gepflegten modernen Ambiente. Für die freundliche Unterstützung durch die Vermieten danken wir; es war aber nicht schwer, sich im Haus und in der Umgebung einzuleben und zurechtzufinden. Duch den Pool und die Austattung der Terrasse fühlten wir uns so wohl, dass die Familie keine Lust auf lange Ausflüge, verbunden mit stundenlangen Autofahrten etc. verspürte. Insofern können wir keine weiteren Auskünfte zur Erreichbarkeit, dem Erlebnisfaktor der Freizeitpark´s und -möglichkeiten geben. Der Tagesausflug per Mietboot mit Start am Hafen in Cape Coral nach Cabbay Key war unser persönlicher Höhepunkt. Delphine und exotische Vögel in freier Wildbahn zu sichten und zu erleben entsprach eher unserem Traum von Florida. Wir würden jeder Zeit gern wieder zu Gast sein dürfen.

  Wir haben schone einige Häuser gemietet. Aber dieses hat den Vogel abgeschossen. Es ist einfach riesig. Gerade für großen Gruppen (8-10 Personen) die Bleibe schlechthin. Große, schön eingerichtete Zimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Pool-Billiard, ein schöner großer Poolbereich mit ausreichend Plätzen zum Liegen und Sitzen. Hier fehlt einfach nichts, um sich in großer Gruppe wohl zu fühlen. Sind wir wieder eine so große Gruppe, gibt es keine echte Alternative. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

  Lovely home, was only here for one week, really wished we'd booked two! The dock is a fabulous place to watch the sunset, so peaceful!

  The Pettigrew family had a blast! Thanks for the use of the property. It was attractive, spacious and equipped with a fabulous pool and hot tub. We visited Mike Greenwells Imaginarium, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, Everglades Garden, Restaurants and shopped the outlets. We utilized the deck, fished and watched the fish and other animals.

  Ein Traumurlaub in einem Traumhaus. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Sonnenwochen in einer tollen Lage, wo einfach alles gestimmt hat. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Alles war bestens organisiert. Wir waren Willkommen. Dieses Haus würden und haben wir schon oft weiterempfohlen. Florida und somit Villa Endless Summer bekommen von uns die Note 1+. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, viel zu entdecken und noch mehr zu genießen.

  After an easy and proffessional set up of the rental agreement, our 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) were anxiously looking forward to their stay at the villa "Endless summer" in Cape Coral. After entering the house, our expectations in terms of size, beauty and equipment have been topped. A short, but proffessional instruction given from on-site housekeeper Juergen helped to understand all features, functions and details (and there are quite a few) so we could start our holiday reassured and well informed. The house is very spacious, provides excellent facilities and the owners paid a lot of attention to functional details. If being picky, we could state the limited number of plates and cutlery that required a full dishwasher run up to twice a day. Although the dishwasher is lacking a bit of cleaning capacitiy, and the overall cleaning had - at least for Swiss standards-, some little room for improvement, we felt very comfortable and at home from the very first minute. Being located close to the river, we rented a boat for the whole period and enjoyed very much out excursions on water to Sanibel, Restaurants or just for cruising. The nice waterfront deck allowed us to do some fun-fishing directly from the house, witch was highly appreciated by the kids. The well maintained poll and Jacuzzi were also permanently invaded by them to our pleasure because we had some time to spend between adults, hanging aroung the large area around the pool. We highly recommend this place for families or larger groups of persons, because the place is in very good shape, very well located and offers the necessary space for all so they can either spend time together, or find theis privacy if needed. Easy to arrive there - very hard to leave again...
