Location: The unit is literally located approximately 8 minutes to one of Disney's entrance and Downtown Disney. You're less than a 5 minute drive to a Wal-Mart and a gas station. In the opposite direction you're a two minute drive to a CVS, Walgreens, Krispy Kreme;), and more! In between Wal-Mart and the Disney entrance, there is a Premier Factory Outlet with stores like Under Armor, Old Navy, Gap, Nike, Carter's, Crocs, etc. Private: The unit is located in a gated community, which requires a pass code for entry. We always felt safe and secure, which was extremely important to us! Even though you are minutes away from several busy locations, there is sense of privacy within the community and unit. It is not loud or over crowded. The pool was great and heated (we visited the first week of April)! Never busy or full! Clean: The unit was definitely clean and maintained! No signs of covering things up or hiding flaws...the pictures are true to what you receive. Friendly Owners: Dan was extremely helpful and polite! He would generally reply via email within a few hours or so. Dealing directly with the owners, opposed to a management group, was a lot more pleasant experience. They promptly refunded our security deposit as well! Recommendations: Bring your own pillow(s) if possible...the ones on the property are not very comfortable! Additionally, the beds are nothing special either…they’re in between ok and not comfortable. Finally, there is only 1 TV in the unit and it’s located down stairs in the living room. It’s pretty small too. However, I mentioned my disappointment with Dan about the TV situation and he told me they had plans to put one in each bedroom. Overall: Would I stay here again? Absolutely! Next time, I would bring my own pillow, I can tolerate the beds, and hopefully there’ll be additional TVs installed. For their weekly rate, the location, the cleanliness, and the amenities provided anybody (including myself) would be crazy not to stay here!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

A hidden gem! We rented this home back in February and we were really impressed with its location, 10 minutes to Disney maingate, the pool was awesome, our kids had a great time on break days from the theme parks. Close to everything, you can walk to Walmart, restaurants, shopping and a few attractions. This home had all the amenities to make our stay more enjoyable, I would definately recommend.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.
