  Our family of six stayed in Rome at this location for several days during April 2013. We were met at the corner by David who showed us to the apartment and helped us to get settled. He even walked us around the neighborhood to find a grocery story and good restaurants. He warmly welcomed us and we were made to feel like family. We loved the accommodation too. When the two couches were pulled out for our four children it was a bit tight, but it was well worth it for the location on the top floor. Eating breakfast on the patio and having wine at sundown was an unforgettable experience. We were thrilled to have a washing machine, but since there is no dryer you will need to hang your clothes on the racks provided. Overall we loved the apartment and would definitely stay there again!

  The appartment was very clean, renovated and equipped with new furniture. The appartment was on the fith and last floor of a residential flat. During the night it was quite, no noise from the street. You do not have the impression to be in an anonymous apartment for rent, but rather at home with someone. We felt immediately comfortable. The terrace was wonderful for having breakfast. The kitchen was fully equiped and a good supermarket is just in front of the house. There are also several bars that offer breakfast as well as a good restaurant that mainly serves fish (try the mixed antipasti). The next metro station is 6 minutes away by foot. David is a very friendly person who explains in detail the appartment at arrival and is also available during the stay. Overall, I recommend the appartment for people who are searching a comfortable stay in Rome.

  The apartment was spacious, clean and well decorated with good facilities.The free wf-fi was great. David the owner was most helpful. Although the apartment was a fair way out of the city centre in a typical Roman neighbourhood, the metro is close by as are several bus stops. Some good coffee bars and restaurants in the locality too. I would use the apartment again, no problem.

  I wanted to drop you a note to say how much we enjoyed the David apartment in Rome...especially the location. The weather in Rome for that week was good but we had a marvelous, enjoyable time in that wonderful city. We met the greeter the morning of our arrival and he was extremely helpful and pleasant. We also appreciated the wine and the snacks...what a nice touch. The location was near public transport and the terrace was wonderful.

  I gave to my parents for their wedding anniversary, a trip to Rome, and have stayed in this Lovely Penthouse, on their return I was told that to describe this apartment took just two words:-Great Hotel-. The apartment is well served, the metro is only 400 mt. and a 10-15 minute bus to St. Peter's. Soon my sister and Iwill visit Rome, and surely we will stay in this apartment. A very important thing to mention: my parents reported that David is great Host, very nice friendly and helpful.

  I was very happy with firstly the location of the apartment,as it was in a residential area very well served by many shops and bus lines and merely 3 bloks away from the Metro Underground service. Literally a 15 minute metro ride to theSpanish steps and 10 minutes to the vatican museum. The apartment was comfortable being that you were out sight seen most of the day, it was great to return and have the comforts of home there with you such as the washing machine,comfortable beds tv and rain shower! The kitchen was also well equipped with a super market right opposite if wou did not want to eat out . The terrace is gorgeous and due to some sunny days we were able to enjoy it even though it was winter. The owner David was wonderful and provided full details on how to use equipments in the apartment together with a list on how to reach places of interest from the apartment. Moreover David was extremely helpful with providing a map of the main sights and details on how to get there :we have saved a lot of time and fully enjoy every minute of our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here agin if I get the chance.
