This cabin is owned by the Simmons family. They are not able to get away and enjoy their cabin as much as they would like, so they want to share it with other families who want to get away from the city and enjoy nature.
The Hooks and Sticks Cabin is located in a private setting in Necedah,WI. The cabin is located 1 mile from the boat dock near the Petenwell Lake Dam and 1 mile from the Woodbine Restaurant.

Great weekend getaway! Cabin was clean, inviting, and exactly like the pictures show. Beds are very comfortable. Nice open backyard where we saw more birds than at the wildlife refuge in Necedah. Great weekend getaway! Cabin was clean, inviting, and exactly like the pictures show. Beds are very comfortable. Nice open backyard where we saw more birds than at the wildlife refuge in Necedah. Hooks and Sticks Family cabin is an excellent place to stay for both family and fisherman!! The cabin has everything you need along with peace, quiet, and Whippoorwills. Fishing was good - 34 fish in about 15 hours total - mixed assortment of Walleye, Northern, Small-mouth, White Bass and a surprise Catfish. Thank you Terry and Sue!!! We definitely want to return for another peaceful weekend. FrankRecommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
