Unpack, unwind and relax in our NON SMOKING, NEWLY REMODELED penthouse unit. This complex is a non-smoking complex except in designated smoking areas on site. Our unit is unique in that we supply many "EXTRAS" that other rentals do not offer. The interior flooring is BAMBOO/WOOD as well as SEA GRASS MATTING throughout. The unit was professionally and tastefully decorated with Tropical/Asian decor. New bright white tiled baths are supplied with LUSH COTTON TOWELS and rugs along with tropical soaps and shampoos.
The KITCHEN IS BRAND NEW including appliances and is GOURMET EQUIPPED. We like to leave a complimentary bag of KONA COFFEE for our guests to enjoy and to get a little "taste of the islands". A beautiful grand wooden spiral staircase goes up to the master bedroom. The beds are new and supplied with cotton sheets that are 350 THREAD COUNT as well as DOWN PILLOWS and EXTRA COMFORT PADDING for a good night's sleep.
In the bedroom there is a desk witth a PRINTER/KEYBOARD and HIGH SPEED INTERNET connection for your use (you bring your own lap top computer and connector cable internet connection is FREE). The living room is equipped with a beautiful armoire which houses a COMPLETE ENTERTAINMENT CENTER. This includes surround sound, 32" TV, DVD/VCR/CD players. HAWAIIAN MUSIC CDs are supplied for your listening enjoyment as well as a LIBRARY of books to read at your leisure.
From your private lanai, there is a beautiful view of the OCEAN, TROPICAL GARDENS AND THE POOL. Dine outside on the lanai and take in the warm tropical breezes of Maui. You will also find all the BEACH ACCESSORIES including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, mats and an ice chest to take with you on your beach outings. Why the Owner Chose Kamaole Sands
We admit to being Hawaii addicts and we were going 2 to 3 times a year and finally decided it would be wise to purchase a place. We are so happy we did! We love sharing our home away from home with others and do our best to add special touches for our guests to enjoy while they visit paradise. Kamaole Sands has an "old Hawaiian" feel with the beautiful landscape and pulmeria trees. The Mai Tai party at the pool with the music and dance is a special Hawaiian treat too.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the beach, golfing, the pool, sitting on the lanai, reading and the local food. We love the warm tropical breezes and the clear warm ocean water. It is a great place to relax and recuperate. Once we arrive and step off the plane and the tropical air hits us - we instantly relax - it is magical!
Voted best beach park on South side of the island. Nice sandy beach, good swimming and lifeguard on duty. Playground and outdoor showers.
Whales General Store, miscell. shops and food. Da Kitchen is a favorite for local food.

We are the proud owners of Kamaole Sands 6-402, Ron and Alyson. We live in Santa Barbara, California and have a vacation rental in Maui as well as one in Arizona. We obviously like the sunshine and Ron loves to golf! We spend time visiting both Arizona and Maui throughout the year. We both have worked in the medical field (a chemist and medical secretary) for years at our local hospital.

Our family.....6 adults stayed in this beautiful condo and were very pleased with the accomodations. Large bathroom upstairs in the loft and full bathroom downstairs. Beds were comfortable.....pull out bed could use a foam mat. All the toys for the beach, picnics, cooler, umbrella etc and lots of beach towels. Kitchen very well equiped. Condo was very clean...laundry in condo came in handy to dry towels at the end of the day. Beautiful view from the lanai and incredible sunsets from the front door. Wednesday welcome Mai Tai party with entertainment was fun. Fabulous beach right across the street.....no need to go elsewhere. The grounds were extremely well kept...people very friendly. Drove to Lahaina and ate at Bubba Gumps which was fun and great food...also ate at the Hard Rock Cafe for dinner....really good too. Did the tour of the Maui Brewing company in Lahaina and sampled some great beer. Went ziplining at Paielo ranch...awesome....drove to Haleakila crater...left at 7am and the view was spectacular on the way up and from the top. Visited the Sugar Museum which was really interesting. Great night at Sen Si Sushi....fun Karoke! The market in the next block had great souvenirs to take home as did the ABC stores! Dined at Magillicudys above Freds....great pina coladas and the food was good too! Went to the Luau at the Marriott Hotel, which is close by....$98 each for adults, but for a first time in Hawaii, a great way to experience the hula dancers, firedancers, pig roast, etc...beautiful grounds against a gorgeous sunset. Shop at Foodland...tell them you're staying at the Kamoele Sands and you get a great discount. Any leftover food at the end of your trip can be taken to St Theresas church and used for the foodbank. The owner, Alyson was very helpful and I would highly recommend staying at this condo. We'd definitely would love to come back. The listing photos were very accurate in reflecting the condo appearance and amenities as was the description regarding the location.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
