About the owner: I'm family of the owner of this apartment unit. This unit was remodeled from scratch. I have another property which I also administer at ESJ Towers and have been doing this for about 5 years. Please email me or call if you have any questions.
Why the Owner Chose San Juan:
The apartment is right next to the beach and right next to the Ritz Cartlon. Once you exit the elevator you have the pool and the beach right in front of you. It is a great place for couples who love the beach and small families of 4 who want to enjoy a beach as if it were their own beach. Isla Verde is great for tourism and it is packed of local and international tourism all year long.
