  Monika was a fabulous host. Very responsive and she even gave us a complimentary bottle of fine bourbon that was waiting for us on our arrival along with four Kentucky Derby glasses. The townhouse was in a great location easily walkable to Fourth Street Live, the Brown Hotel, the Seelbach, etc. The townhouse had two beautiful rooms upstairs each with a large bed and private bathrooms. The middle level of the townhouse was the kitchen and living room with a nice flat screen TV and awesome sound system. The only downside for me was the lower level was really just one small room with a full sized bed, which made it difficult for us with six people to sleep comfortably without throwing someone on the upstairs couch. Aside from that small, insignificant comment everything was perfect and I'd recommend this townhouse to anyone staying in the Louisville area that's looking for a nice sized place close to all the downtown fun.

  Great location. Well enjoyed and clean. Condo rented for a guys "bourban" tour weekend but would be a great spot to accommodate multiple couples. As indicated in a prior review, there is some street noise but depending on how much "fun" you have on Fourth Street or the like... the noise is a moot issue. Would recommend this condo without hesitation.

  Our team started browsing properties a year ago to fulfill our needs to participate in the Masters World Cyclocross Championships. We needed a location fairly close to the venue, plenty of room to relax and recover from training, multiple showers, full kitchen, and full size garage for multiple bikes, wheel sets, and all the tools and equipment for racing our bikes. Mud room/washer and dryer at entrance to the garage was a plus for keeping training clothes maintained. This condo was 3 miles from the cross facility which made it easy to ride to the venue. The down town entertainment/restaurants were an easy walk. The neighbors were friendly and inquisitive about where we were from and curious about the sport of cyclocross. The owner of the property was prompt, friendly, and accommodating in answering all our questions and working with us to optimize our stay and accomplish our team goals. I would recommend this property for other competitive athletes that are looking for the same accommodations and cyclocross racers participating in future events in Louisville. We had a great stay that was capped with a silver and bronze at the Worlds Masters Cross.

  Thanks! What a great location. My recent trip to Louisville was business related. Our team was able to stay in one location. This property is very close to the Fourth Street entertainment area. The location was perfect. The ease and comfort to discuss our business strategy was set in the casual atmosphere of a home setting. You could not get that setting at any hotel. I would highly recommend this property for any trip to Louisville for business or pleasure

  Monika, We had a wonderful time and the townhouse was very nice. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go or take the trolley. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you again.

  My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the Louisville Townhouse. Monika was friendly and helpful. She had arranged to have a bottle of chilled wine waiting for us when we arrived. The townhouse was within a few miles of the Bardstown Road restaurants, 4th Street Live, etc. Our only complaint is that the property is on a busy street, so we could hear traffic all night long.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  The 2nd street townhouse rental exceeded all of my expectations. The manager, Monika, was nothing but professional from start to finish. She responds promptly to any and all questions or concerns. The location of the townhouse is ideal, only a short walk to fourth and live or Main street. The interior of the property was very well maintained and provided everything you would need for your stay. The bedrooms are all very sizeable w/ flatscreens in every room. Everyone in my group was thoroughly impressed. We had a great weekend and hope to be back next year!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We had never rented a property in KY before, matter of fact, had never been to KY until this April. Though we lease several properties when we travel in the south, we were not sure what to expect when we pulled into Louisville at 8:00pm. This unit was a gem! It was just as described by Monika and the website. In fact, it was under described! When we arrived, the kitchen had a nice warm dimly lit entry that really highlighted the modern fixtures and granite counters. Well placed pictures and winery utensils made for just the right accents. The living room was also dimly lit, which continued the beautiful art viewing and accented the leather furniture. Opening the large windows in the living room allowed the city lights of Louisville to come in and complete the mood. Nice Touch! The Master bedroom and guest room were perfect, with plenty of room and comfortable king size bedding. Everyone commented on the property, and actually gave me grand reviews, and asked how I knew about this place...I just smiled and said, "I know People." So, thank you Monika for making this trip better than I thought it was going to be! I will definitely recommend this place, and/or your services to my friends and colleges. D.E.
