Forget the elevator hassles! Enter the covered parking garage and drive right up to the front door of this premium condo. A private air conditioned foyer keeps you cool as you move into your home away from home. This condo is a fourth floor corner unit with a wrap around balcony making it a unique, choice property. Each of the three bedrooms has a private sliding glass door access to the balcony and beautiful view of the beach. Two complete walls of the living room are 100% glass, giving a breath taking panoramic view of the beach and ocean.
Just image yourself in this spacious condo for a week or more enjoying all the gulf coast has to offer. Start the day with a walk along the waters watching the dolphins as they play a short distance from you or begin the day with a workout in the spacious fitness room on the eighth floor. During the day, the family can enjoy the white sands of the beach, or the quiet outside pool. Your stress will disappear with the use of the glass enclosed pool and hot tubs provided for you on the seventh floor. If tennis is your game, enjoy a friendly match on the glass enclosed air conditioned courts. Spend the evenings barbequing on the beachside grilling patio, sitting quietly on your private balcony with perfect view of the sun setting on the ocean, or dining out at some of the restaurants in the area. A guide and menus to many of the attractions and restaurants in the area are provided to helping you pick the right choices for your family. As the evening continues take a quiet walk on the beach with love ones, or spend a fun full time crabbing along the coast line, or take a short walk down to Flora Bama (one of the Gulf Coast’s hot spots). Whatever you do, you will bring home wonderful memories to share for years to come.
The condo’s living room, kitchen and dining area are surrounded by ceiling to floor windows. The spacious living room contains two sofas and chairs to provide you with plenty of sitting area. Unique to this living room is the game table. On cooler or rainy days, you can entertain yourself and friends with a game of cards, chess, checkers, back gammon, or one of many other board games provided. Or sit back and enjoy a book or magazine or watch the new 42 inch HD television. Cable service and DVD player are provided for your convenience. The condo has WIFI service for your internet connections. A new Denon sound system has just been installed for your pleasure.
The dining area has a faux marble table with six chairs or if you choose, the bar has counter top chairs making the area the perfect place for family meals together.
The kitchen has been updated to include utensils you might need for everyday cooking including a crocket pot, mixer, and baking dishes. A large side by side refrigerator / freezer will house all your perishables with ease. You will find a good supply of dishes and glassware along with plastic supplies for the children.
The bar is spacious and stocked with all glassware and accessories needed to make your favorite beverage. The separate ice maker at the bar will provide all the ice necessary for your daily outings. A community wine selection has been provided for your convenience. Just replace what you drink with one of your favorites so the next guest can also enjoy.
The condo has three newly decorated bedrooms each with a view of the beach. Care has been taken to furnish each room for your comfort and pleasure. Each room has its own private full bathroom with tub and shower and private sliding glass door access leading onto the beautiful balcony. You will find a flat screen TV and cable guide in each room. Abundant closet and dresser space has been provided with luggage racks if you prefer. The newly decorated master bedroom has a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. The armoire houses a flat screen TV. A chair next to the sliding door provides a quiet, private get away to read, compose your thoughts or just gaze at the beach. Seeing this room is a must.
Take time to enjoy beach fishing, water activities, parasailing, jet skis, charter boat fishing trips, dolphin cruises, a game of golf at one of the many local courses, shopping in local stores and the Foley outlet mall or visiting the Wharf for a special day of adventures. Check out the Orange Beach event calendar for the many festivals and special planned events such as; polar bear day, the mullet toss, the fast speed boats in thunder on the coast, and the Blue Angel’s exhibition shows.

This condo was all we could have wanted for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 2 children all together and never felt we were on top of each other. Spacious, beautifully decorated, amenities galore, beautiful view, and each family had plenty of room in their bedrooms with their own private adjoining bathrooms. My daughter got married on the beach 6/8/13 and we had several extra visiting guests for several hours prior to the wedding and we still had plenty of room to spare. Our visiting guests were very impressed with our condo choice. Also, we were on the 4th floor and the parking is very close to your room.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We have never stayed in a condo with so many touches of home, yet so beautiful it felt like a four star hotel. It was laid out so well and with so much room that the six of us never felt crowded. The balcony is tremendous. Lots of room to visit overlooking the beautiful ocean. We have been coming to Orange Beach for 8 years now and this is by far the nicest condo that we have ever stayed in. The entire property and grounds are excellent. Check-in was easy, security was excellent. Love having the parking garage right by the condo door, very convenient with toddlers. Condo was top of the line, pictures do not do it justice. Would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone. Owner was slow to respond when booking but it was well worth the wait.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our vacation at Phoenix 9 was absolutely wonderful. The Unit is beautiful and beautifully decorated. The Mattresses were very comfortable!!! A big plus in our book. This was our 3rd trip to Orange Beach East staying at Phoenix 9. My husband and I, our 2 Daughters, My 2 son-in-laws along with my 2 Grandbabies had the best time ever!! We will definitely be back next summer staying in this same Unit!! I think we have finally found our Home away from home. IRecommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

The condo unit was very nice, just as it is described. This was a family trip and we really enjoyed ourselves. It is in a great location. Owner/Manager was very slow to respone to emails and phone calls. This was our 20th anniversary Girls' Trip and I have to say this is the best condo yet! Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom and there is a half bath which makes it so much better for 8 women to get ready for a night out! Great view, plenty of room and we can't wait til next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My husband and I and some friends spend a lovely Easter weekend at this terrific condo. The weather was so terrific that we had the doors to the balcony open almost the entire time. We definitely enjoyed just relaxing on the balcony and wandering on the beach. We will be back! We've had a family reunion and stayed at one of the Phoenix units for at least 10 years. Various family members rent 3 or 4 units each year. This is the nicest condo any of us have rented over these years; it is very nicely decorated; also furnished with quality appliances and housewares; unit was very clean and balcony off living room that wraps around all 3 bedrooms on side makes for nice views and comfortable breezes. Short walk to FloraBama for those that go there every year as we do.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
