Location is the key! This cottage is located a half block to the beach and is one street over from the main street, Garfield Parkway. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and an outdoor shower. This cottage was completely renovated in 2006 and includes a modern kitchen and so important to a summer house at the beach central air conditioning through out. The kitchen has all new appliances, family size (92 inch) table that seats everyone comfortably, The living room has a new flat screen, with cable and wireless internet throughout the house. Enjoy relaxing afternoons on the outside back yard deck and quiet summer evenings on the front screened in porch. 2 bedrooms have queen beds, one has a full size and one bedroom has 2 twin beds.

About the owner: Amy grew up less than five miles away from Bethany and spent her summers as a beach chair and umbrella girl. Growing up in the mountains, for some reason I loved the beach, so when I came to Washington DC, I had to go to the beach. This is where we met, fell in love and plan to spend the rest of our time watching our son Hudson, now 3, become a beach lover like us.
Why the Owner Chose South Bethany Beach:
Location is everything, park your car at the beginning of your stay and never have to use it again. Just around the corner is the family friendly downtown area of Bethany Beach. Kids will enjoy the ice cream parlors, DB boardwalk fries, putt putt golf, the old fashioned five and dime and Grottos Pizza, all within two blocks from the house. Adults will enjoy the great restaurants and boutique shopping right in town. A ten mile drive in either direction and you'll find water parks, golfing, outlet shopping and other great summer fun activities.
