Rent this 7 bedroom, 4 bath, 2 floor home, located in a quiet community just north of Dewey Beach. This home is located 2-1/2 blocks from the ocean and within easy walking distance to downtown Dewey. Ample private driveway space for renters and their guests to park and leave cars or even a boat at the house without the need to purchase parking permits.
This house is functional, providing excellent value and is ideal for large family gatherings or groups looking for a beach rental at a reasonable price. If you like to spend time with friends, you have flexibility for 2 or 3 families that want to vacation together. The house is designed with flexibility to enable adults to have privacy in their own section of the house and their children in the other side or families can each have a private section of their own.
The front section of the house has a full kitchen, living room and one of the four full bathrooms on the second floor along with a large deck off of the living room with a propane grill. Downstairs in the front section of the house there is another full bath and three bedrooms (one room with a queen bed, one room with two twins and one small room with a bunk bed) and also includes a deck off of one of the bedrooms. The back section of the house on the second floor has a large breakfast room with an additional refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave and sink. Also on the second floor is a full bath room, a bedroom with a full size bed and another bedroom with two twins. Downstairs in the back of the house there is another full bath and a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin up above.
The house also has two outside showers in the back of the house, washer and dryer and Wi-Fi internet available.
If you want to visit downtown Rehoboth Beach, catch the Jolly Trolley for a short ride to the board walk, shops, additional dining and dancing experiences.
Check in at 3pm on Friday and check out the following Friday by 10am. Guests are responsible for their own linens, towels and paper products.

The owner of this property was extremely easy to work with and helpful. We did have an air conditioner problem, but even though he was out of town, he managed to coordinate someone coming to fix it. The house is severals blocks from the beach, but it is an easy walk, albeit across a busy road. The house itself is spacious with room for at least two families (we had three and grandparents). It was well-appointed. The price was very reasonable and I think a good value. All in all, I would recommend this property to larger groups (12-18), and feel you will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
