This townhome is located a mile and a half from the historic district of downtown Crested Butte. Easy access via the winding bike trail or bus system allows you to enjoy this area while leaving the car at home. You are also 8-10 minutes walking distance from Mountaineer Square, various Mt. Crested Butte restaurants, and the ski slopes.The view of Mt Crested Butte is overwhelming from the deck. There is a master suite on the top floor with a queen bed and private bath. There are two bedrooms and a bath on the third floor, one with a queen and one with twin beds. There is plenty of closet space in all three rooms.The breathtaking views of Whetstone Vista can be seen from the master bedroom and 3rd floor bedroom. A 2 car garage is on the bottom floor and accesses the house through a private door. Enjoy this magical place with all our incredible events!!~ The Wildflower Fest, Symphony, Opera, Hiking, Biking, Kayaking, Vinotok, Art Festivals and Mushroom Festival!!!... No wonder we cant grow up here!! There is too much to do!!!!

What a fantastic trip we had to Crested Butte. Our family arrived from several locations for a vacation together in Colorado. The apprehension I felt in choosing a town and townhouse sight unseen quickly dissipated when we drove into this beautiful valley and found our home for a week. The location of the the townhouse was perfect, as we could walk to Mt Crested Butte, and drive, ride or bus the short two miles to town. The house is beautifully furnished, and even though it was July, we warmed in front of the fireplace after a chilly float trip down the Taylor. We plan to return and would be happy to rent this townhouse again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The Mountaineer Square, an 8 minute walk, has some sensational restaurants and the 10 minute bus to town (bus stop 30 sec from townhomw) offers more shopping and extensive eateries spanning the world~Asian, Italian, Western Steakhouses, Gourmet Pizzerias, French, Thai and Croatian! The serenity of Pitchfork is welcoming from the hustle of town. A dog walk is located outside that meanders thru wildflowers all the way to town. You may also use this paved trail to ride your bike to and from town. It is located off the main road so you can be assured to enjoy the amazing views and flowers.. and perhaps a bear!
