The 3-car garage fronts the street so that once you park the car and walk into the lovely bricked inner courtyard, you leave the rest of the world behind. The courtyard connects the garage, with its Key West-style guest house above, to the main house.
Windows line the back of the main house facing out to the ocean with great views from the dining room, master suite, guest bedroom and Florida room. Imagine watching the sun come up while you look out over the pristine Atlantic Ocean, cup of coffee or tea in hand.
