This charming two-story unit, named "Quail Run", is a fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse with traditional stucco walls and red tiled roof. It has vaulted ceilings and is surrounded by beautiful courtyards. No neighbors above or below. The complex has tennis courts, a clubhouse, and two swimming pools. A heated swimming pool and spa are located right across the road from the townhouse.
The master bedroom with queen bed and bath is located upstairs. A loft off of the master bedroom can be used for office space. The main-floor guest bedroom has two twin beds.
The living room is a delightful conversation area, with vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, and TV with DVD and VHS player.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Stacking washer/dryer adjacent to kitchen.
All linens are included. Enjoy the quiet, covered back patio accented with natural vegetation. All you need to bring is yourself and your suitcase!
Near the intersection of E. Sunrise Dr. and N. Sabino Canyon Rd., this "villa" is quietly tucked away, and within walking distance to Sabino Canyon Recreation Area. The area offers many options for recreation: hiking, biking, jogging, bird watching, photography, golfing, and winter skiing.

My husband and I have stayed a 4 different locations near Sabino Canyon and this townhouse is the best by far. Very quiet, ideally located next to pool and workout room, a quick walk into the Canyon. The owners have done a FANTASTIC job of decorating so that you feel the Southwest warmth all around you. We will be back next year for sure. SUPER AMENITIES!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

From this location you are never more than 20 minutes from almost all local attractions and as an added highlight you are only 200 yards from a fantastic state park. The home is wonderfully appointed and is exceptionally quiet with only the birds to wake you up. Shopping is within 5 to 10 minutes so we didn't have to worry about forgetting things. We are planning to return for a much longer stay.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

The rental provides excellent accommodations and an excellent location in the city of Tucson. The complex offers a pool, a tennis court, barbeque area and a hot tub. Shopping malls, groceries and tourist attractions are easily accessed from the location. We enjoyed Tombstone, Bisbee, the Kartchner Caverns, Pima Air & Space Museum, Old Tucson, Tubac, and the Sonoran Desert Museum. These attractions are all easliy reached from the rental location. The rental unit allowed us to just move in for the month and we enjoyed the facilities. The facilities were clean and well-maintained just as the photos indicated. I would recommend this rental unit to any snowbird couple.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

About the owner: Bob and Kathryn stayed at this townhouse in March of 2011 as renters, and felt they had finally found the Tucson place that was perfect for them (after years of trying other places). They were dismayed to hear they could not rent it again because the owner wanted to sell. So they bought it!
Why the Owner Chose Ventana De Sabino:
Bob and Kathryn travelled to Tucson from their home in California in April of 2011 to experience their new townhouse as owners. They started on a campaign to make the townhouse the perfect place for renters like they had been. Kathryn, the interior decorator, revamped the inside with a southwest flavor and Bob, the handyman, repaired everything not in perfect shape. They also returned in July to experience the summer monsoon season and loved it even then. Because it sits on a dry wash in the back, one enjoys real desert life in the quiet setting of this community.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Kathryn loves her long walks around the area and Bob runs and trikes the Sabino Canyon Rec Area and Canyon Ranch. They both play tennis in the morning and use the fitness room right across the street. For them, it is their southwest paradise and they hope others will enjoy it as well.
