I have stayed at this villa twice (Sept. 3-6 and Apr. 5-9) and am planning a return visit. Both times our first words were ”A perfect paradise”. The magnificent views of the blues of the pool, sky and ocean were amazing and we immediately felt as though we were a part of a serene and different world. The indoor and outdoor living areas are beautifully and luxuriously appointed –all in pristine condition. The privacy of the three separate living spaces of is unique. Each has the same breathtaking views from slightly different perspectives. The soft sounds of the waves and the sweet smells of the flowers and the ocean lull you to sleep at night and awaken you in the morning. All great to experience from your own private beach area. The Bayan Tree Mayakoa resort’s amenities – restaurants, Spa, grounds, sport activities etc.- are fabulous. We especially enjoyed the in house dining under the stars at “our villa”. The villa is ideally located steps from the lively Beach Club which serves delicious lunches and the dock with canopy topped launches which provide transportation to the main buildings and/or leisurely cruises on Mayakoka’s many ecological waterways. A true PARADISE!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our stay at the Banyan Tree was sheer perfection. The villa was luxuriously appointed with beautiful furnishings and its own private infinity pool and hot tub. We watched the sun rise and enjoyed long walks on the beach. The staff at the resort was gracious and very accommodating. The margaritas delivered by room service upon arrival, the boat ride through the lush grounds, the golf course, with incredible ocean views and the delicious dinner at Saffron all combined to make our stay a wonderful experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

This place is unbelievable! When you walk in the front door of the villa it looks like a postcard with the beautiful beach, palm trees and Caribbean right in front of you. The only obstruction to your view is the picturesque pool, hot tub, patio and condo enveloping you. Any stress you had is gone and paradise awaits. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spectacular. The upstairs bedroom has a balcony with a breathtaking view of the beach and turquoise waters of the Caribbean only a few steps away. The Banyan Tree Mayakoba Resort is truly amazing! Beautiful grounds, great service and delicious food. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our stay at the Banyon Tree in Mayakoba was exceptional. It was a magical, spiritual place that provided everything you would want for a perfect vacation. The Unit was ideally located on the Caribbean with views to die for. The lay out of the unit allows for private quarters with an open air living room that brought the fresh breeze of the Caribbean to you. It creates an indoor/ outdoor environment as one. We would highly recommend this unit as part of 1200 acres of safe and secure Mexican Riviera!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
