The Ocean Ranch is a 5000 sq. ft.5 Bedroom 5 Bath private estate located on the South end of the area known as the Vero Beach Estate Section which is on the South Boundary of Indian River County along Highway A1A. The area is known to have some of the most exclusive homes in the County. The home sits 300ft to the East of the Highway on 1 1/2 acres ,well away from any road noise. Across the back of the home is 2000 sq. ft. of private deck. Large glass patio doors afford incredible views from each Eastern facing room and direct axcess to the deck. On the first level are inlaw quarters with a separate entrance on ground level directly accessable from an automobile. The Chefs Kitchen boasts 2 Sub Zero Refergerators, Double Ovens. Full built in Grill with Deep Fryer, and Double Drawer Dishwasher and Microwave, and Flattop Range.The kitchen also has a Dumb Waiter which connects to the 3 car garage. My Family and I spend a week June 2012. We absolutly LOVED it. The discription and pictures were spot on. We had 5 Adults and 6 children and we had plenty of room. House is very comfortable and well kept. Plenty of supplies, beach chairs and boogie boards on site. BEAUTIFUL views from every room and balcony. Beds are very comfortable. Owners are a Great couple. Very nice and Friendly. Round Island Park was just up the street and we enjoyed visiting and fishing. We would HIGHLY recommend this property to everyone for a great vacation. We enjoyed it so much we are looking forward to booking again in 2013.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had the privilege of experiencing life at Ocean Ranch in July, 2011, and can't wait to go back! Headed to Florida for a niece's Orlando wedding, we were looking for a large, comfortable place right on the beach the following week that would provide a perfect post-wedding, family reunion spot in which to decompress and enjoy the best of The Florida Coast, and which would accommodate the diversified needs of the multi-generational, schedule-challenged, extended family. Ocean Ranch was perfect. Situated right on the beach with crazy-easy ocean access and wrap around decks to fully take advantage of the location, the house also has wall-to-wall ocean sunrise views. Ocean Ranch was amazing...spacious, extremely well-equipped, and with a well loved, comfortable, homey feel rather than the sterile, elegant, hotel-like quality typical of many upscale vacation rentals. Mike and Melinda, the owner/landlords, were an absolute pleasure to deal with, providing not only all needed details for a relaxing week in Paradise (household info, tips on local sights/dining/hotspots, maps) but going way above and beyond.. scheduling flexibility, answering questions, accommodating special requests...they were awesome!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

A $1000.A deposit is required for booking.The $1000 is held as damage deposit until vacating the property.We dont do weddings or large gatherings at this location.There is a 3 car garage with plenty of storage.
