Come share our Non-Smoking retirement condo located in beautiful Sandpiper Cove resort. Sandpiper Cove is a quiet, serene, gated community. Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis courts, shuffle board, horseshoes, five swimming pools, three hot tubs, beach pavilion, and 1100 feet of private beautiful white sandy beach just a short walk from the condo.
Living room/Dining room with two sets of French doors opening to balcony. Dining room seats six. Full kitchen with under counter coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and stove. Laundry room offers washer and dryer.
Large master bedroom has king bed with French doors opening to balcony. Master has full bath. Second bedroom offers queen bed and full bath. Both bedrooms have TV. Additionally, there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Sit on the balcony and view the harbor and tennis courts. The unit offers covered parking underneath.
Bring your fishing rod. Take a lounge chair, walk to the harbor (about 200 feet) and fish from the dock. Swim in the pool just across the street(about 100 feet from the condo). Fish with one of the many charter boats located within two miles of Sandpiper Cove.

Dear Jim and Scotty: We mailed the key to the condo back to you on Monday 6/20/05. Just wanted you to know that we had a GREAT time and really enjoyed the condo (once Tropical Storm Arlene passed!). Dear Jim & Scotty, We had such a wonderful time in Destin Florida! Your condo was lovely and all the extras (tennis rackets, beach chairs, videos) were very much appreciated. The location of your condo within Sandpiper Cove was ideal, as we had easy access to beach, tennis, pool, etc. My husband and I loved Destin and may be looking into the area for future retirement property.
