  I don't usually leave reviews, but after what my parents had to deal with with their unit, I figured I could leave one here. Owners are great to deal with. Quick response times and never had a bit of trouble. The room was clean and as described. Would definately stay here again. Only problem was that we could not stay longer and should have caught more fish!!!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Owner response: We are so glad you had an enjoyable week and the bedrooms as well as the rest of the condo was clean and met your family's needs. Glad you were able to latch onto some fish. Next year you all will just have to stay with us a second week and really get into the fish! We are sorry your parents experience at their condo was not the same.   Dear Jim and Scotty: We mailed the key to the condo back to you on Monday 6/20/05. Just wanted you to know that we had a GREAT time and really enjoyed the condo (once Tropical Storm Arlene passed!). We had great weather and ate a lot of seafood. The condo was everything we expected and more. We will definately tell our friends about it. David and Kathy Sneed

  Dear Jim & Scotty, We had such a wonderful time in Destin Florida! Your condo was lovely and all the extras (tennis rackets, beach chairs, videos) were very much appreciated. The location of your condo within Sandpiper Cove was ideal, as we had easy access to beach, tennis, pool, etc. My husband and I loved Destin and may be looking into the area for future retirement property. Thank you for making the ‘rental process’ so easy and we will definitely recommend your condo to family and friends. Best Regards, Kathy Sexton

  Mr Pleasants: Let me take a second to compliment you on the furnishings...especially in the kitchen. It had everything we needed...and I guess that overall, this condo was furnished better than any other we have stayed in. Thanks... tom
