This 2-BDR St. Moritz condo offers 1/3 more space compared to a Standard 2-BDR condo at Mountain Lodge, a total of 1008 sq. ft. of living space and also sleeps additional guests via a lockout 3rd bedroom (Inquire Within to sleep a total of 10.) The 3rd br is charged as a separate 1 br unit as it has a br, bath, kitchen, and living area for an additional 550 sq ft.
THIS IS ARGUABLY ONE OF THE MOST CONVENIENT LOCATIONS AND BEST VIEWS THAT VILLAGE LODGING HAS TO OFFER WITH PICTURESQUE VIEWS LOOKING NORTH ONTO THE SLOPES NEAR BALLHOOTER LIFT AND EAST TO SHAVER'S LAKE.
Condo features a wood-burning fireplace, 42' flat screen plasma TV as well as a rare King Bed in the Master Bedroom,,queen bed in second bedroom and queen sofa sleeper. In addition this is a 1st floor unit which means, 'No stairs, No elevators, and just 8 doors down to the exit onto the slopes and all that Snowshoe Mountain's playground has to offer.
There is a full Kitchen which is well-stocked with cooking utensils, dishwasher, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, small appliances, all dinnerware and pots and pans. The unit has a small balcony off of the living room that offers beautiful slope and Shaver's Lake views There are two full bath rooms in this unit
Once you park your car in the gated private parking lot, you won't need to get back in until it is time to check out as you will be located within 5 minute walking distance to all the village has to offer including bars, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, skiing and The Split Rock Pool which is just steps away from Mountain Lodge's back door and also features two large outdoor hot tubs for your use.
No other resort in the Southeast or mid-Atlantic offers the terrain, snow, or amenities Snowshoe does. Snowshoe gets as much as 180” of natural snow each year with a 100% snowmaking capabilities on 275 acres of terrain, guess are guaranteed to find fresh snow from November through April. The mountain offers 57 trails ranging from beginner to expert, 2 expert trails with 1500’ vertical drop and 1.5 miles long, Night skiing on 14 trails at the Silver Creek ski area, 2 high-speed detachable quad lifts, 2 fixed quad lifts, and 7 triple lifts

ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A 2-NIGHT MINIMUM (NON-HOLIDAY PERIODS) AND A 3-NIGHT MINIMUM DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS.
To reserve the condo (s), we must have a $350 refundable security deposit and a signed rental agreement. The security deposit is not included in the rental amount (but, it will be refunded in full following your check out, provided that there is no damage to the unit or missing items). This deposit check is not cashed unless there are damages. That's all that we need to confirm your reservation. Full payment of the rental amount must be received no later than 30 days prior to check-in date.
We prefer checks but also currently accept paypal, mastercard, visa, and American Express for your convenience as well as those last minute specials.

We loved staying in this unit. It is very nice and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. The master bedroon is very large, and the beds were very comfortable. We were hesitant to stay at Mountain Lodge, as when we stayed in a 1 bedroom years ago, the unit was very small. This unit is a really nice size, and we were all comfortable. Another couple and their 2 kids came for dinner one night, and we all had plenty of room. The view of the slopes was a really nice plus too. The weather was not cooperating fully when we were there in January, so it was nice to see what was going on with the slopes before we ventured out ourselves. We will definitely requiest this until again, and would like to get the adjoining unit next time too.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
