Welcome to CASA LINDA beach house. Our beautiful home is located on North Clearwater Beach, right across the street from the beach. Clearwater was just voted best beach in Florida by USA Today! Our view of the water is AWESOME right in our living room! We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood on Clearwater Beach just one mile north of all the action of popular Pier 60 with all its activities, the famous Frenchy's and Palm Pavillion restaurants, and the new Sand Pearl Resort. A 15 minute walk down the beach or a 5 minute bike ride on one of our 4 bicycles will get you there. Walking north you can find shells all the way up as you leave Clearwater, walk past a sandbar, and end up on Caladesi Island, a state park only accessable by foot or by boat.
Our home is a newly renovated and newly furnished 2 story private house on 2 lots. The upstairs (main house) is 3 Bedrooms 2 Baths decorated in a modern beachy style and features BEAUTIFUL water views from the livingroom, kitchen, and bedrooms. The livingroom has a flat panel TV and wood-burning fireplace to make you feel cozy. The brand-new kitchen has a spacious granite counter top the color of beach sand and has numerous kitchen gadgets for the serious cook. Our dining table seats 10 people plus the kitchen counter has 4 barstools. The master bedroom has a new king size pillow-top 100% organic latex foam mattress with Tommy Bahama bedspread and 800 thread-count sheets. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have new queen mattresses, 600 thread-count sheets, with coastal-inspired bedding and decor. All bedrooms have ample closet space and dressers.
Downstairs is a separate living space that is included in the rental and can be used for a 2nd family travelling with you, an in-law suite, or perhaps a teenager den. It is 1 bedroom 1 bathroom decorated in a nautical theme. The living room has a flat panel TV and a dining table with 4 chairs. The small kitchen is complete, with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The bedroom is a bunk room that has 4 new twin beds. The bathroom has a shower and tub.
The back yard consists of a covered patio, paved large outdoor space with private hot tub, outdoor dining tables, chairs, chaise lounges, ping-pong table, gas BBQ grill, and tropical flower garden. There's an outdoor shower to get the salt and sand off, too. The side yard is really an empty lot, as the property sits on 2 lots. The side yard has an outdoor fireplace (fire pit) that can be used on cool nights while star-gazing or marshmallow roasting. We have a volleyball and badminton net, frisbees, and a Corn Hole game, so plenty of grass for sports on our property.
Down the street is the community swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, shuffleboard, bocci ball court, and yoga classes. Restaurants abound, as well as miniature golf, water-sports rentals, a pirate cruise, golf courses, and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, home to Winter the dolphin, made famous in the movie 'A Dolphin's Tale'.
Nearby St. Petersburg offers many museums including the new Salvador Dali Museum, as well as the smaller St. Pete-Clearwater Airport (all 20 minutes away). Tampa has the larger international airport (40 minutes away), Busch Gardens, and Adventure Island theme parks.
Depending on the month of your stay, sports abound! Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Lightning, NY Yankees, and the Phillies. Concert halls and theaters are in all directions, all within 30 minutes drive.
There's so much to see and do here, and so much natural beauty to enjoy here. Have a relaxing vacation at CASA LINDA.

My husband and I, friends, and family stayed at this beautiful home for the month of March. The only thing better than the perfect weather was the gorgeous and comfortable accommodations! Everything you could possibly need was included in this home! The house was very clean with lots of space. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for all the "chefs" that used it. An added bonus was the garage for all the extra outdoor equipment we had brought to Florida with us (bikes, golf clubs, SUP's, kiting equipment). Everything fit and we had peace of mind that everything was locked up and safe! The views from this home are incredible! You are always looking at the ocean and the very short walk across the road was a bonus for all of us who love the beach! When a break from the sun was needed, the backyard was your own private oasis, including a bbq and an outdoor shower! The location of the home was perfect as you were away from the crowds in town but only a short walk to all the action! For all the cyclists that visit, it is only a 10 minute bike ride to the Pinellas Trail system. Thank you Linda for all the attention to detail to truly make us feel like we were at home during our stay. The owner was always available to answer any questions we had as well.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My parents rented this condo the week of Easter. My husband and I, who live here in Florida had the pleasure of spending time with them and the rest of my siblings for five days in the perfect vacation rental. We found the space to be extremely clean and the owners captured the feel of Florida perfectly with the fun and colorful decor. We wanted for nothing while staying here. The main room actually had enough space for seven adults and three young adults to relax comfortably and do what everyone really wants to do on vacation.....nothing. The owners though of everything! From the kitchen necessities, including popular spices, to the beach supplies. We talked about all the things we wanted to do together and once we arrived at Casa Linda, we realized we just wanted to be together in that perfect space. In the morning we opened the front windows, had coffee and listened to the waves coming in from the gulf. Other than a couple of trips to the grocery store (you dont need to eat out when you have that great kitchen to cook in) and a hockey game, no one wanted to leave. We will be staying at Casa Linda next year and every year after, and encourage anyone looking to rent a spacious, comfortable, space for their family and friends to relax and enjoy Clearwater Beach, to do the same.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We have been vacationing every winter in Clearwater Beach for the last 4 years and this was the best home we have ever stayed in! Fabulous water views from many rooms in the house. You can even watch the sunset from the comfort of the living room! It is right across the street from the beach (which is dog friendly by the way). Easy walk to restaurants, shops, Jolly Trolley, bars, etc while being in a very quiet residential community. Wonderful lay out for easy entertaining and the many visitors that might come and go during your stay. And the Hot Tub!! My grandchildren loved the hot tub and were in it all the time - much more fun than a pool! We have already booked Casa Linda for February 2013 so plan for a different month. This is the first time we have ever "repeated" a vacation home - it was that wonderful! I recommend it highly - the perfect getaway.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We had an amazing time weather was great! The sunsets are so beautiful we All hated to leave! Thank you so much for the use of your home everything was perfect! We enjoyed renting this house for our family's last trip to Clearwater Beach. We used to stay in hotels, but this was such a great experience we will definitely do it again. This home had all the amenities we are used to, and being able to spread out in this large home gave us all the peace and serenity we needed. I especially loved the quiet backyard patio for reading. The kids loved the beach and the nearby activities. Even though there were plenty of nearby restaurants, we made some great meals and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful home! We loved the location, quite neighborhood yet so close to the central part of Clearwater beach. It is right across the street from the beach and right next to beach entrance so it made for easy access to get on to the beach! The main part of the house is on the second floor so the view is gorgeous! We used the bikes to ride to restaurants, quick and easy! My teenage son loved having his friends with him and loved their room on the first floor, they had a full suite (complete with kitchen/living/dining room) and played games on the TV. I can't say enough about our stay, absolutely loved our accommodations! Would go back over and over again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

This is the place to come if you want a great place to relax and feel at home on vacation, located right accross the street from beautiful Clearwater beach. Elegant, yet beachy decor, this place is very clean and well done.Looks even better than the pictures. Even the most discriminating traveler, will love it! Everything you need is available to use and enjoy! About the owner: I am a native Floridian (really!) and enjoy the beach, the water activities, and the beautiful sunsets. My husband and I live in Tampa, we raised our 2 teenagers here, and we spend our weekends at Casa Linda, our vacation home on Clearwater Beach. We bought this home in 2010 and totally updated it in 2011. We decorated it to reflect our love of the sand and the sea. We have many years of experience renting our ski home in Park City, so now we are doing the same locally here at the beach. We are owners and managers, so when you arrive you'll be personally greeted by us, not a company representative, and when you enter Casa Linda, you'll be entering our home as our dear guests. Anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable would be our pleasure.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, North Clearwater Beach:
I grew up near the beach in Florida but never on it, so when the opportunity arose, we chose this property. Our house is right across the street from the beach and you can see the waves crashing ashore while relaxing in the living room. At sunset we'll grab our refreshments and beach chairs and head to the sugar white sand to watch some of the most colorful sunsets on earth. Life is good!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
A perfect early morning for me is making a latte in my kitchen and then beachcombing the sand before the crowds arrive to find the prettiest sea shells. A perfect afternoon is a day at the beach, sunny skies, warm water, some waves, and good friends to enjoy it all. A perfect summer night is my volunteer job nest-sitting during a full moon and then over 100 turtle eggs hatch on my shift. I count them, record data, and dig a trench in the sand to help them crawl to the water to begin their journey. Ahh!
