We visited this condo during Christmas 2012. Listing description and pictures were very accurate. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Owner was very helpful and responded to my inquiries no later than 24 hours. King bed was very comfortable. (As I am one that does not sleep well in a "foreign" bed, I totally rested in this bed.) Everything was provided as indicated - all we basically had to bring was food, clothes and ourselves. All kinds of grocery stores nearby if cooking. Or all kinds of restaurants nearby if you are totally chilling out. We visited Ripley's Aquarium and Wonderworks which are wonderful for kids. Loved the Alabama Theater Christmas show. Really recommend picking up a Myrtle Beach Visitors Guide and Coupon book. They have lots of great ads and coupons for the area. May also recommend logging onto google and looking for other sites to visit in Myrtle Beach area. Sometimes businesses are not advertised in the Visitors Guide.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The condo was awesome, the view and balcony were awesome, we absolutely loved it here and can't wait to go back. It is a beautiful condo and Jeff was very helpful and always answered my questions quickly. There was not one thing that this place was missing. I miss the vacation, miss the condo, but more than anything I miss this balcony. It was a great place to just sit and relax and enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. I have recommened his place to everyone I know.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We just stayed 6/15-6/19/11 in this unit and had a WONDERFUL time! As soon as we walked in we were amazed at how beautiful the unit was! Yes, the pictures look nice (which made us book it) but it looks so much better in person! Very tastefully decorated and with all new appliances. They have every kitchen necessity you could think of, PLUS SOME! Bath towels and linens were all provided. You can tell they put personal emphasis into this unit. We were personally greeted and given a tour which was very nice. I'm not a fan of staying in big hotel/resort places at the beach, but when you're at this unit it doesn't even feel like it at all. You never have to deal with the front desk and the wait for the elevator was never long! This was our first trip to Garden City and staying in this unit made it a great one! Although its a big building, the beach was never very crowded. The view from the balcony was AMAZING!!! Emailing/phone conversations back and forth with the owner were helpful with questions. I recommend any of the restaurants in Murrells Inlet, like 5 minutes away, on its own little "restaurant row". Thank you for allowing us to stay in the unit. You made our trip very memorable and hope to be back soon! :)Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: We decided to buy this unit because we got a great deal on it. We just wanted a little nearby get-a-way to come and just relax but decided to share it and hopefully allow it to pay for itself.

For being around five miles from our main residence, when we want to get away it's almost like sneeking out back (but with a better view). It's quiet, private, and yet right in the thick of the areas best fun spots.
