This bright, beautifully maintained, classic cape vacation home, located minutes from both ocean and bay beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, parks, shops, restaurants and much more! A short walk to grocery and liquor stores, as well as several restaurants.
The home has an inviting open floor plan encompassing living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a 39' flat-screen TV, a fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. The ½ acre lot has a sizeable front and side yard for the kids to burn off energy outside. The kitchen sliders open to a southeast facing deck overlooking the private and partially wooded back yard, affording a quiet area to soak in the sun, read, enjoy a glass of wine, dine, or just relax. The Sunsetter Awning and screen room allow for outdoor relaxation with shelter from the sun, rain, and the occasional annoying mosquito.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on each floor, along with a sheltered outdoor shower. The two 1st floor bedrooms have recently upgraded queen-sized beds. The larger 2nd floor bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds, also contain comfortable sitting areas, for reading, playing games, or just relaxing. The bedroom with twin beds contains a trundle bed and a futon, as well as a 32 inch HD TV. The first floor has central air conditioning, while the two upstairs bedrooms have window air conditioners. The house is equipped with Comcast Cable TV and Internet, Wi-Fi, as well as an AM/FM/CD Stereo. Kitchen appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. A gas grill with spare tanks is located next to the deck.
With just one prior resident/owner of the property since it was built in 1983, the home has been lovingly cared for and maintained. It is welcoming and in fabulous condition. The flowering landscape surrounding the house accents its quiet beauty. The property is centrally located for easy access to all that Orleans has to offer.

The house is centrally located, just 3.4 miles to Nauset Beach on the Cape Cod National Seashore, and 1.7 miles to Skaket Beach on the bay with spectacular sunsets! Ideal for cycling enthusiasts, the Cape Cod Rail Trail is just 0.7 miles away. Sports fans can find games of the Orleans Firebirds summer college baseball all-stars team played a short walk away. The surrounding area has several fresh water ponds and lakes for swimming, kayaking, and fishing, and Nickerson State Park just 2.1 miles away. Enjoy the local marine life up close with Seal Tours out of Chatham or Whale Watch Tours out of Provincetown. Route 6A in nearby Brewster is a favorite route for antique shops and artist galleries.
