  This was the best vacation ever. Lisa has done a awesome job making this a home away from home. Hugo was there when we arrived to greet us with margaritas and review the condo. He even did some shopping for us before arrived. He checked on us every couple days to make sure we were doing well. The roof top patio was our favorite. We spent a lot of time enjoying the hot tub and relaxing in the sun. Quite and relaxing place to stay. Short walk to town and real close to Walmart which was great for shopping. We loved it and hope to come back next year. Thank you Lisa you are a great hostess. I have told my friends if you want a great deal and nice place to stay this is the one.

  This is an awesome place! The rooftop deck and hot tub was amazing. I watched the sunrise one morning. Truly spectacular. It's a short walk to Nikki Beach, The Office, etc. The property manager, Hugo, checked in with us before our stay to see if we needed anything from Costco. He picked up what we needed and greeted us with chips and guac - a great touch. I simply cannot say enough good things about Hugo. He "made things happen." We never had to worry about a reservation or finding groceries. We never had to worry about anything. The place is five stars but there is a problem, though it's not the owner's fault necessarily. It's hard getting cabs. The security guys don't have cell phones. There's a nearby hotel you can walk to and get a cab. Also, a lot of cab drivers don't know the location when you tell them the name of the development. It could be challenging communicating where we needed dropped off at. Before venturing out, write down the cross street for the cab drivers; that will save you a lot of hassle. Once the cab issue is worked out, this is a five star stay. Even with the cab issue, I would be happy to stay here again and I will in fact be messaging the owner before my next trip.

  Owner response: Thanks for your review! Hugo was a wonderful addition to the rental package offered to the guests. I'm happy that he provided such great service to you. The cabs issue has been brought up to HOA and the manager onsite is looking into providing the phone to the security guard. You can also get help from Hugo to order the taxi service for you. "Hugo" will be your answer to everything :-) When coming back to the condo, you can tell the taxi driver to go to "Club Cascadas" in case the taxi driver doesn't know the exact location. Puerto Cabos Village is just north of Club Cascadas, about a block away. I will add this to the rental description. Thanks for bringing it up!

  All four of us were insanely impressed during our stay. From the moment we stepped off the elevator onto the top floor of Puerto Cabos Village, we knew we had found the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful ocean landscape of Cabo San Lucas. Our penthouse had everything which was advertised and actually appeared to be even more expansive than the pictures indicated. Our concierge Hugo provided first class service all the way. He had gone to Costco prior to our arrival and stocked the fridge with drinks-food and various other necessities. We also had perfectly working WiFi and also satellite TV. Our rooms were lavishly decorated and the beds were comfortable as well. There were some slight issues with the pillows but they have been replaced to provide more comfort. The shower, bathrooms and plumbing were all in perfect order. It seemed there could have been a bit more hot water in the shower but it's a nit-pick. The balcony and also the rooftop spiral staircase leading to the spa and the overlook of the coast are AMAZING. It's hard to imagine you'll find something nicer especially in this nightly price range. We took some absolutely amazing sunrise photos from this vantage point. We are definitely going to return and likely this year.

Rental Agreement: 1. Property: The property is located at: Blvd. Constituyentes 3757, Penthouse #605, El Medano Ejidal, 23479 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S. Mexico 2. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons. An additional charge of $50 per person per night for guests in addition to 6 will be assessed. 3. Check in time is _4:00_ p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m. 4. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property. 5. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner or property manager access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner or property manager shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. 6. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows: _ 90___% if cancelled __60__ days prior to the Check-in Date _ 70___% if cancelled __45_ _days prior to the Check-in Date __50___% if cancelled __30__ days prior to the Check-in Date __30___% if canceled __ 15__ days prior to the Check-in Date __0____% if canceled less than __15__ days prior to the Check-in Date 7. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are NOT allowed. 7. Parking Parking is limited to ____2___ vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 9. Hot Tub: No children under the age of _16__ permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. 11. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: • The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or • A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. • The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
