My apartment is located next to the UNESCO, the famous rue Cler, the Invalides, Musée du quai Branly, the Grand Palais and the Eiffel Tower.
It includes : a main room with a dressing, a sofa bed for 2 people, a bed for a child, a TV and international channels,Internet access ADSL/WIFI a dining corner with a table, a bedroom for 2 people, accomodation for 4/5 people,more than 4 people, add 30 Euros per night and per person.

An equipped kitchen : Refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric hotplates, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking ware are supplied. Fan for the summer.

Few steps from the famous rue Cler, Invalides: Located next to the OECD, the famous rue Cler, the Musée du quai Branly, the Grand Palais, the Invalides, the American church of Paris and the Eiffel Tower, in a modern building a bright one bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with elevator accommodates 5 people.
When you arrive at the rue Surcouf you enter an building and take the elevator. We are sure you will find the apartment both calm and serene which must be just what you need after a hectic day exploring Paris.The area is very safe so don't worry coming home late at night,or if you are only girls traveling together. The flat has been completely renovated and decorated. Simplicity and clarity with colors are the themes we have used to decorate the apartment. Sunlight streams into the apartment from different directions, giving it the advantage of being bright and inviting.
Markets: You can get your fromage ,fois gras de canard or chose a nice bottle of wine in the famour rue Cler and all around.
The Metro station Invalides, line C of the RER cross Paris in few minutes, it will take you to Place de la Concorde, Louvres, Les Tulleries, Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Musée d'Oesay.
The access to the CDG airport is easy with the RER.

We stayed for a week with our 2 young adult children. The apartment was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. The owner met us when we arrived, and gave us back our security deposit before we left. We loved staying here! The location was great, very easy access to the metro and RER, so we could get wherever we wanted easily. It was quiet for sleeping, and in a safe area. Good restaurants nearby as well as grocers. We ate at Au Petit Tonneau, right down the street, on our last night in Paris, and had a wonderful meal. We highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed here May 2010 and had a wonderful time. The owner was very gracious and prompt on being there for the start and when we left. Which is very comforting when you are expecting your deposit back and have to make your plane flight. The size of the quarters was very spacious so we really felt relaxed and at home. Our first walk was down Rue Surcouf towards Rue Cler and as we turned the first corner we had a commanding view of the Eiffel Tower.. A real treat for a first time experience. Very pleasant experience and although right in the heart of things it was removed enough to be quiet.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
