You’ll find this secluded, newly remodeled cabin reminiscent of a 1930’s sportsman’s lodge, complete with vintage skis, snowshoes, vintage prints, beautiful furniture, unique lighting, and woodsy memorabilia. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in 1,400 square-feet of living space, there’s enough room to sleep 4 guests – It’s the perfect size for a family or smaller group looking for a relaxing getaway! From the moment you first walk in the front door, you’ll fall in love with the interior’s 20-foot beamed ceilings, real knotty pine, and a breathtaking wall of windows overlooking Hackett Creek and the surrounding forest. The cabin has an open kitchen equipped with a convection oven and all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. Gather with your travel companions in the open dining area, and then head out to the deck next to the creek to enjoy the amazing scenery.
For a romantic evening, relax in your private outdoor hot tub and gaze at the stars… Doesn’t get much better than that! You’ll also get access to the community pool and Sandy River, which are just a short walk away from the Timberline Rim Lodge, and the golf course is less than 10 minutes away. You’re also just a short drive away from outstanding year-round skiing – This truly is an outdoor-lover’s paradise!
*Discount lift tickets are available for the 2012/2013 season! For $47.00 you can get a Timberline Adult day pass (regularly $60-$66), $45.00 for an all day all night pass to Ski Bowl (regularly $69) and $30.00 for a Ski Bowl night pass (regularly $32). Sno Park permits are also available - Please inquire!

This cabin is very nearly perfect. When you drive into the driveway, your first impression is that there are lot more neighbors than you might have anticipated. The promo photos give you the idea it is very secluded, however the cabin is in a type of cul-de-sac of about 5 cabins. However, it is tucked away at the back and surrounded by trees. When you walk in, you immediately forget about the other cabins as they essentially disappear behind you. The picture windows of the cabin are all aimed at Hackett Creek, and you immediately get the feeling you are in fact in a secluded space. The cabin is immaculate and you are encased in knotty pine. Everything you dreamed a vacation cabin should be....is right here. You have tall cathedral ceilings, a loft bedroom, fireplace, babbling creek right outside the window, deck overlooking the creek, hot tub overlooking the creek, barbecue, second story deck, etc. etc. The kitchen is functional and there are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and all that. Everything looks recently upgraded and everything works. They even had the hot tub already heated, so all you had to do was get in. The location is handy to a major grocery store about 3 or 4 miles away, and a little mom and pop grocery about a mile away. It's only about half an hour or so to Timberline lodge. It is perfect for a couple and would be fine for 4 people as well. For those so inclined, there is a nice flat screen TV and a CD player with pretty good speakers. We would not hesitate to rent this place again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
