This luxurious 8,000 sq. ft. 6BR Den/6.5BA beachfront gated estate with 75ft long pool sits on over 200' of Grand Cayman's famous beach with excellent snorkeling and sunset views of the tranquil South Sound and its distant reef. The main 4BR suite, 2 office, den/4.5BA villa can be rented alone for up to 10 guests (8 adults max.); or with the 2BR/2BA optional guest cottage, up to 14 total (12 adults max.) Large pool, heated (in winter) spa and oceanfront cabana for conversation or private massage.
6BR Villa Mora is only 10-12 minutes from the Airport, Georgetown, Supermarkets, Hospitals and 7 Mile Beach. We have dozens of restaurants within 15 minutes as well; including the Grand Old House (5 minutes).
Almost all rooms in the house boast views of the ocean and offer oceanfront private balconies or covered porticoes. The Great Room, with dining area, seats 14; a wall of retractable glass doors permits direct access to the beach, pool and stunning views of the Caribbean. There is also an air-conditioned adult media room with a larger Plasma TV (satellite) with DVD player and surround sound. Owners also have a kids TV room w/ plasma as well adjacent to the great room on first floor.
Gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, breakfast bar with stools. Washer/dryer, and plenty of off-street parking. For those who need to stay in touch with work while on vacation; there is a second floor office with desk (and of course, ocean view to distract you!). Owner also has a small oceanfront office on the first floor as well.
The oceanfront 2BR/2BA Guest Cottage with 2 Queen Suites also offers a covered veranda, outdoor kitchen/bar and direct beach/pool access. Even if you rent just the main Villa; the outdoor kitchen/bar is yours.
Villa Mora main house offers (2) Oceanfront King Suites ( one king is a longer Califormia King Bed) on 2nd floor; (1) Oceanfront Queen Suite and Twin Bedroom Suite on 1st Floor; Den on first floor with Queen Sleeper Sofa. Guest Cottage has (2) Queen Suites.
Daily maid service is optional; as are cooks, chefs and masseuse/yoga/exercise services. We are 5 minutes from the Grand Old House, the most popular wedding venue on the island.
Owner Permission required for weddings or events. $3,000 excess cleaning and damage deposit required (in lieu of $1,500 amount above). Weekly minimum for weddings or events.
All rates INCLUDE Government Occupancy tax.

$3,000 ( standard) accidental damage deposit waived with purchase of $39 CSA Damage Deposit Insurance.
Owner requires (refundable) $1,500 excess cleaning and maintenance deposit.
