Let us share our Non-Smoking home with you. We limit guests to those who stay a month or longer. Spacious, quiet accommodations with a beautiful view of Lake Dillon and Peaks in the Ten Mile Range. Conveniently located near quaint downtown Frisco. On bus route (so transportation is no problem). Very near Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, and A-Basin SKI Resorts. Beside a stream and bike trails. Mapped hiking trails and equipment rentals nearby.
Enjoy a day of downhill or cross country skiing, snowboarding, tubing (FUN for all ages and abilities), snowshoeing, snowmobiling, dog sledding (in winter), hiking, biking, swimming, sailing (all year except winter), or just roaming through the old western town of Frisco or picturesque Breckenridge. In the evening, call for home meal delivery or have a home-cooked meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and then relax in comfort in front of the fire in the den with TV, music, or a good book. Maybe a trip to the hot tub is called for.
As an alternative, if your energy level is still high, dine out at one of the many outstanding restaurants in the area (all price ranges) or shop 'til you drop in the big outlet mall just minutes away in Dillon. Take in a movie you haven't seen. Private garage and/or outside parking space is provided as is a washer and dryer in the condo.
We hope that you and every member of your family have a wonderful time enjoying the condo and all the joys of the Rocky Mountains.

We stayed the month of June 2011 and had lovely time. The pictures of the views dont do it justice! You can see mountains, meadow, lake and a creek right out back. We loved sitting on the large terrace listening to the babbling creek and looking at the view while sipping our coffee or wine (depending on the hour). I also liked how once you enter the condo everything is on one floor. No going up and down to bedrooms, etc. Plenty of places to walk the dog if you have one, and close to bike paths.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I spent a delightful month in this very comfortable condo. The deck and views were perfect for morning coffee, reading and relaxing. The condo provides everything one needs for a carefree vacation. Great location, full size washer and dryer, spacious living quarters, good neighbors, wifi, excellent lighting for aging eyes, convenient and roomy garage, flat screen TV, books, and games. The owners were wonderful in all the communications.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We rented the condo for many years and we just loved it. It is a nice place to spend winter weekends with family and friends. The location is fantastic if you would like to ski at any resort in Summit county you can get there in no time. The view from the condo is very beautiful watching sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning and looking at the mountains is one of the most memorable times we had in the condo. Most of the people know Colorado for the fun winter sports and activities, but summer time offers amazing adventures for the nature lover. We rented the condo through some Summer months and we had an amazing time biking, hiking in the mountains.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+.

We loved this condo! My family rented it for the ski season and it was just what we needed. It's within walking distance of downtown Frisco, but set upon lovely Lake Dillon. Just a few yards out the door there is an open space with paved trails that go all around the lake which are great for walking, running, biking, dogs, etc. And, when you need to run to the grocery store or realize you forgot your swim suit for the hot tub, Wal-mart and Safeway are just across the street, and even better, you don't see them from any of the views, you just know they're there! It's centrally located for whichever ski area you choose, and very convenient for the outlet shopping in Silverthorn. This condo definitely offers a little something for everyone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
