We came down for my sister in law's graduation from U of A. My wife and I met up with her family (there were 6 of us total) and had a blast at this property. The house has more than enough room, is comfy, and feels like home rather than staying in a hotel. Our first impressions were that the place is awesome. It's very, very clean and everything is in order. At the prices being charged at hotels in town for grad weekend, this place was such a great value, especially for the number of people we had. It's a mere 30 minutes to Fayetteville from the property. As a minister for a church, I'm definitely considering bringing a small group down for a retreat later this year. You'll love this place.

If I could give this property 10 stars I would ...... I cannot say enough great things about this retreat. This is the fourth time we've reserved this property with 6 - 12 guests on different occasions and we've always wished we could stay one more day. The property manager Liz is always super responsive if we have questions or need anything. And she made this visit really special (couples retreat over Valentine's Day weekend) by surprising us with a gorgeous vase of tulips and champagne when we arrived. The house is amazing... so cozy with a natural stone fireplace and gorgeous hardwood floors. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter-tops, tons of cabinet space, a large refrigerator, gas-stove, is well stocked with cook ware/dinnerware/spices and beautiful fixtures. And is SPOTLESS. The attached back deck is screened-in and adjoins an exposed private deck with a hot tub. There is a fabulous wooded view from the back deck which is perfect for morning breakfast or a mean game of poker and can accommodate a large group. The master bed/bath is near the kitchen and is very spacious with a huge jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is another smaller room on the other side of the kitchen that is very private and has an adjoining half-bath and deck. The lighting in this room is fantastic and it's very peaceful for a little reading room or privacy from the group. It has a small daybed so would be a bit crowded for a couple. Upstairs is a little less refined than the downstairs but still very clean and plenty of room. At the top of the stairs is a small entertainment room with a TV, several videos and couch for a movie or kids to play video games. There are 3 adjoining rooms with two of them connecting to a full bath with tub shower and 2 sinks. One of those room has a queen size bed and the other has 2 twins. The third room is spacious and has a twin bed as well. Across the front lawn about 50 yards off the front porch is an amazing pool area and very large deck with a gas grill, fire pit, sauna, his/hers bathrooms and another hot tub. The pool area is really nice with a lot of seating and will also accommodate a large group. The manager's house is on the property and can be seen from the front porch as well as the bunkhouse (about 100 yards away). There is also a really great pond and a yurt which is past the mgr's home. It's only 20 minutes from NW Arkansas via Hwy 540 and close to Devils Den State park.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy *$100.00 Cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations. Two Months prior to date of arrival: Deposit refund = 100% (minus the *$100 cancelation fee) 30 days prior to date of arrival: 50% of BASE rental rate and applicable taxes, (minus the *$100 cancellation fee). Damage Deposit and Cleaning Fee will be refunded. Less than 30 days prior to date of arrival: No refund, other than Cleaning Fee and Damage Deposit. NO REFUNDS due to weather. I have read the terms of agreement and as the Responsible Party for this rental I agree to abide by them. Once you make your first payment you are agreeing to the terms of the Cancellation Policy.
