Spread out into the separate living/dining area’s double La-Z-Boy couches w/ ottomans or a recliner to relax; or dine in and play one of the board games in comfort at the table... After your done exploring Folly or visiting Charleston, which is only 15 minutes away; wind down and enjoy a night in with the 50 ' HDTV/Blue Ray DVD complete with stereo surround sound. There is also WIFI and free long distance in the US available for your convenience. A king sized bed is in the master bedroom along with plenty of storage to nicely house all of your possessions. The 2nd bedroom although smaller in size has a queen sized bed along with providing ample storage as well. Rest assured, since both the mattresses and all the pillows are encased in allergy/bed bug protectors. The linens are freshly sanitized and the beds are already made upon your arrival along with bath towels. Flat screens are also available in both of the bedrooms. There is a quaint little screened in porch off the kitchen and a wrap around deck connecting the front and back doors. The downstairs flat rents separately.

About the owner: Native South Carolinians, growing up in Columbia and now living on Lake Murray, my husband and I have visited the beautiful beaches of our SC coast annually since we were small children. We continued that tradition with our 2 sons. So when our oldest son decided to attend the Citadel, we knew we would be spending more time in Charleston and we wanted to have a place close by and it had to be on FOLLY. We spend a lot of time there and have tried to make it a comfortable second home with most of the features we are accustom to having. We can only hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Why the Owner Chose Folly Beach Suites: We just love the location!! You can hear the ocean's roar from the house because you are only 250 steps from the 3rd street access. That’s only 2 short blocks from putting your toes into the sand and less than 2 regular blocks from all the action of downtown Folly's Center Street. As well, Bert’s 24 hour market is only half a block away, so park the car and forget it during your time here on Folly.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment: We just fell in love with the window wall in the living/dining area that floods the room with natural light. It is so beautiful gazing into the tree tops.The house is located on one of the higher areas on Folly so there are no worries during excessive rainfall.
