Beachfront condo directly on St. Pete Beach (Gulf of Mexico) with a full kitchen, shared heated pool and hot tub with a barbeque area. GULF STRAND CONDOMINIUM, Unit 306, which is located in the middle of the building on the 3rd floor with a side view of the beach from the balcony.
White sand beaches with many water activities. Perfect for small families and couples. Relax and enjoy the beach. The condo is located a few blocks away from the famous Don CeSar Beach Resort(3400 Gulf Blvd).
There are many restaurants and bars in the area and it's across the street from the Dolphin Village Shopping Center (grocery store and retail shops). F.Y.I., Check the web site link below to search for places to visit before you get to St Pete Beach and visit the Chamber of Commerce in person located on Gulf Blvd for additional places to visit and things to do.
This Non-Smoking condo has a master bedroom which includes a king-size bed and has an attached bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed (sleeps two), recliner chair and television cabinet. Travertine tile has been installed throughout the kitchen and living room. I purchased two(2) "bed-roll" mattresses for use on the floor. There is also a Ottoman pull-out sleeper (1 person) in the living room.
The condo also includes a second bathroom as well as a stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen includes a refigerator, dishwasher, electric range and microwave which allows you to prepare meals in the condo.
