Only one block from downtown Roslyn! Warm hardwood floors accented by wool carpets flow through both levels of the home. The lower level opens to a patio and has its own separate kitchen, free-standing propane fireplace, and a sofa that converts to a queen-size bed.
A beautiful, handcrafted spiral staircase connects to the upper level which houses a gourmet gas range in an open kitchen geared for entertaining, a free-standing gas fireplace, granite countertops, and marble bathrooms. Views of Peoh Point and Roslyn are available from the deck that opens off the upper living area.
During the summer you can step outside and enjoy the blooming lavender and kitchen garden growing in the raised beds outside your door. In the winter you can join the snowmobile riders and cross country skiers as they glide below you on the popular Coal Mine Trail. Above all, simply sit and enjoy the silence that surrounds you as day turns to evening in this lovely and pristine area.
